Aside from excellent service, they are also reliable and did a great job explaining what caused the problem in our unit and what repairs we need for our air conditioner. They also gave some tips to prevent it from happening again. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Paul Definitely knows his Business and Is an Desicated Repairman. He Never Gives Up !! My 5 year old LG Refridgerator wasn't making Ice, then the interior Temp began to Rise 🥵 I called Patriot Appliance Repair and spoke with Paul. After explaining my problem to him he came to my home the very next day. Paul did a Through inspection diagnosing that my LG Fridge Compressor had Failed and needed to be replaced ! Thank goodness there was a 10 year warranty on the compressor! 🙏🏻 I called LG to Complain about the Problem with my fridge which was ONLY 5 years old ! 🤬 They shipped the new compressor quickly to Paul's Company. It has been a frustrating experience to say the Least ! 😵💫 Paul notified me that he had received the new compressor and was at my home the very next day ! He added me to his Extremely Busy Schedule and I cannot say how grateful I am to him. It was not an easy fix, but Paul accepted the challenge my Fridge gave to him ! Even though the new compressor did not work properly, at First, Paul is not a man who gives up easily! He worked 'His Magic' and with his experience and fortitude my LG Fridge is working again ! He even deducted his last 'Service Fee' for his Service Visit to repair the compressor and other Issues it was having ! 😳 I am Truly Appreciative of the Knowledge this man has with repairing my fridge ! Thank You Paul for your Expertise and Loyalty to your Profession! You are Definitely the Man to call for any Refrigerator and AC Repairs all at a Great Price ! 👍😉 🙏🏻🇺🇸

The other day, I panicked when we encountered issues with our ac unit while guests were home. I called them late in the afternoon, around 3 pm, hoping to have someone come in the next day to check on the issues. And I was pleasantly surprised and thankful that they did not accommodate my request but had someone come to check on the problems. The same day, the skilled and knowledgeable technician came to the rescue and fixed the issue in less than an hour. We can't thank them enough for saving the day.

The technician installed a new A/C unit for me and the work was very professional. The price was reasonable, there was no pressure to do any additional work, and they did an excellent job. I have been using their services ever since.
Couldn’t recommend Paul enough. AC unit was going out with a newborn at the house and got same day service to diagnose and repair. He followed up well into the evening (after 8 PM) on his word that he would fix it same day. Great communication. Fair rates. And great response.

Our air conditioner broke down on Friday and we were not able to cool our house. Paul was on site Monday morning and had a brand new air conditioning unit installed by Tuesday. He is a pleasure to work with, and very knowledgeable.

Our AC had decreased efficiency due to a dirty evaporator coil in the indoor unit. This company has the best technicians around for such a job as they cleaned it and the unit now functions very well.
