Beyond expensive. Would not recommend this business at all.
I live in a tiny apartment, so I don't have much space to work with. There was one room that would get super hot and I had no idea why. They got a portable AC unit out to me in under an hour and had it installed within a day! Great service!

Josh was great - on time and stayed until the job was complete. He clearly explained the process he was going to take to evaluate our issues, explained the issues themselves, and gave suggestions to address each issue. I appreciated the time he gave to walk through everything with me in a respectful and professional manner. Strongly recommend!
Worst ever! Fraudulent! Not even at the address shown here, it is a pediatric office. Plumbing nor electric done to code. They didnt pull a permit from city as required. The co manager wont call me back either. They are not even located in Texas. The charges came from Illinois and uts a Virginia state license!
HORRIBLE experience for hvac installation. Still having issues weeks after install. I have to call multiple times to speak to a mgr. The last repairman they sent joined my primary and secondary drain lines together and now its all fallen off and is leaking in my attic.
Had Benson Heating & Air Service for plumbing work. Was very pleased with the quality service Mark provided. His work is meticulous. And he’s darned nice. Already have had two friends go to Mark for work, and they were completely happy with the result. Among us, we’ve had faucets, showers, water heaters, pipes, and vanity cabinet replacements done. Highly recommend.
My AC stopped working and I called Benson Heating & Air Service. I have been using them for years and have been impressed with their service. This is a company I would use again and tell you that I was very happy with them. Mark did a great job. He was on time, explained everything, and was very courteous. He did a thorough clean up after the work. I'm completely satisfied with the results. Very professional. Definitely recommend these guys.
Mark was extremely professional and well behaved throughout . We called him regarding an issue with our furnace. He established the issue and was quick to give the proper fix for the issue. Mark really know his stuff when it comes to furnace. I would highly recommend him and his company to all my friends and family.
We recently purchased a house and had this company replace the old AC and furnace. They installed both the AC and high efficiency furnace.
