Called in the morning around 7 30 am and technician was at my house 815 am to fix the AC . Chris was professional , knowledgeable and friendly. D & D made the whole process easy and affordable . Highly recommended. Within an hour , our AC is up and running . Thank you D & D
Great maintenance service getting my two A/C’s ready for the hot Texas summer. Very knowledgeable and honest with no unnecessary cost. Also, installed a recessed dryer vent box with new hard pipe dryer duct through the attic and roof which has cut my drying time in half.

My AC cratered early in the evening and I contacted them online about 9:00 p.m. I got a text back in a few minutes saying they would call me next morning to schedule. Just after 7:30 a.m. I got a call and the maintenance techs were here just after 9:00 and done by 10:30. It was a blown capacitor on the condenser, and he indicated that he thought the high voltage contactor also had been damaged by lightning although it was still working. He gave me a price for both which was about half of what I figured so I told him to go ahead and fix both. For free he threw in a compressor saver...a better soft starter. My system was 12 years old but he did not try to sell me a new one...instead told me that I should get another 5-7 years out of it. After he got it working, he checked pressures and temps and pronounced everything good...blowing out 61° air. All this to say that I highly recommend them for your AC needs.
Had a leak from a clogged drain line and D&D came out an hour later and had it fixed. Our technician Victor was very helpful and walked me through everything. Will definitely use D&D in the future.
The technician performed a system check on our heat pump systems. He found they were okay. He did find a minor issue which was contributing to increased noise and resolved it.
Dale and his crew were excellent to work with. Still are actually! Dale explained and educated us on everything he was doing. Excellent service!

They replaced the condenser. This is the 4th one in 6 years. D & D figured out the problem causing the failure and are in the process of coming up with the solution. They will be my a/c company from now on!
