TJ was amazing with his knowledge and work ethic. He told me the problem right away and next day he fixed 100% …I was terrified because it was the 4th of July and he still came that day. Great work…very professional. Will be calling him 100% if I ever run into more problems. Give him a call I promise you will not regret it 😀
They are professional, they diagnose the problem and offer solutions. They took all the measurements that were needed for a new unit and when they came to install the two gentlemen did it effortlessly, everything was neat and tidy. Don’t have to worry about the weed eater cutting the wires, they are all covered nicely. I even got a bonus…I had two good looking gentlemen. LOL
This company is beyond excellent. Everyone was super courteous and professional. Mr. Tj certainly knowledgeable about his and explains stuff in detail so you can learn n understand. First time using but I’m definitely sold on them.

Elite heating & Air conditioning is an extremely responsive. They truly care about the customer. My air went out,they were out to my house within the hour. TJ is a fantastic professional and hard working. They were able to complete the work i need& done expeditiously. Great customer service! Quick to respond, troubleshoot and fix. Explained the issue in a understandable way and gave tips on preventive maintenance. Officially my new go to for AC repair. Highly recommend !!
A 5 star experience. The communication between the office, the tech and myself was always good. TJ even went out of his way to do a quick pre-check visit with the hopes of a quick fix. It was not a quick fix but when the repair day came a few days later, the troubleshooting and repairs were done very efficiently.

TJ was excellent!!! I called about my heat being out and he showed up less than 30 minutes later. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it within 45 minutes. He was quick, efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be happier especially in this cold weather, we needed the heat to work. I would recommend TJ a thousand times over. If I have any problems in the future I will be calling and asking for TJ specifically.

Our A/C stopped working late afternoon. He arrived shortly after I called and it was up and running in about 10 min after replacing a part. Highly recommend!

My AC was not blowing cold . I called them and stated they would be out asap . They showed up on time and fixed the issue. Very professional and got the problem fixed in no time. Would highly recommend them for future HVAC issues .
