Was very informative about the type of unit being installed. Answered all questions in professional manner that was very helpful. We use Dad’s Thermostat for all our HVAC needs. Whether it’s at home or at our commercial multifamily properties. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and always gets the job done. We have had work done from entire HVAC installations indoor/door to just simply installing a new thermostat. Scheduling our routine maintenance is easy. Living in Texas where you have no idea what’s going to happen with the weather, It’s nice to have a good go to HVAC company. Thank you!
Great work and a good price. The AC is working better then ever and just in time as it's starting to heat up. Nice guy too, laid back and got it all done pretty fast. We plan on having him stop by in a few months to clear the air ducts.

Nobody could figure out what was wrong with my ac except for him! We were without ac for 3 weeks before we finally called him. When he fixed the ac he told us to not pay him until we saw the temperature drop in the house. Very honest and good worker. If you’re looking for an air condition tech this is your guy.

Mr. Bailey brought a crew with him and together in just a few hours, the installation of heater and air conditioner and cleaning of the air flow ducts were completed. Mr. Bailey also showed me how I can change out the filters as needed. I recommend Mr. Bailey and DAD'S THERMOSTAT whole heartedly.
This is by far the best AC repair company I have dealt with since living in Killeen. Steven was able to fix the issue with the AC immediately. Also appreciated the urgency he took to make sure we did not have to deal with the Texas weather without the AC.

This is a wonderful company and the owner is very personable and knowledgeable. He was prompt in repairing my AC. I called in the morning and he repaired the unit the same afternoon. He also advised me on how to prevent this issue from happening again. I would recommend this company without hesitation. The absolute BEST AC company I’ve dealt with!!!
I used Dad's Thermostat several times and each time he has been very professional, personable ,and more affordable then others. Dad's Thermostat is trustworthy and dependable. The last view times I had emergencies he found time to squeeze me in his busy schedule (my Ac broke on a 106 degree day). Once the repairs were made he followed up to ensure unit was working properly. Great customer service!
The service technician was very well verse, knew his craft very well. He took care of my AC system in a timely manner. He also came back to do a courtesy follow up to ensure the system was working properly.
So my A/C went out on June 13 went through 2 other repairmen one was not contracted through my insurance company the other does not exist “ I tried calling the insurance company tried calling and I finally went to their address they don’t exist.” Finally I get DAD’S. Gentleman is very professional and will text you and call you to keep you updated on the situation. Very knowledgeable. He won’t try and get you a smaller unit than what you really need for your home. (Yes it happens more than you know) Needless to say he got my house cooled down again. As soon as he got my new A/C he went out of his way to get it Installed that day knowing that my family had been without A/C for literally a month. 110% recommend this man and his business. He also did my insulation in my attic. I won’t hesitate to call or do business with him again.
