Excellent work she fixed my ac and it works great no leaks.
He came out and told us what was wrong with our AC Unit.
I called six different places on Sunday and this was the only company that answered the phone. The rest sent me to voicemail and most of them did not answer till the following day. They apologized for not being able to come same day but set a window for the following day. When the Tech arrived I explained what was happening and he immediately knew what to look for. I have a technical background so when he identified the capacitor I grimaced because all my own research pointed to that. He immediately offered to let me handle it to save money. He even took the time to educate me on different types and why they cost different prices and showed me the two models. And let me read the specs. I opted to go ahead and let him handle it. Took him 20 minutes to do the repair but he then did a full diagnostic to make sure the rest of the system was functional. While it was not inexpensive, it was worth the cost in the value of the tech's knowledge and willingness to explain the details of both my unit and the technical details. I was in good hands.
Very knowledgeable, honest and made recommendations to help efficiency. Would definitely use him again !
Besides a little mix up with the scheduling, I would like to follow off of all the reviews I read, which made me use this company to begin with. Very professional, fair pricing and they squeezed us in the day of. Our technician was Michelle and she was kind knowledgable and efficient and we couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you to Lisa who was our scheduler/dispatcher she was indeed kind as well.
I called in the morning and got an appointment in the afternoon. They also send texts and a link tracking the ETA of service. Mr. Scott is very professional and informative. He answered all my concerns. I highly recommend CTR Services. Thank you so much for your services during this time of high heat weather.
Had a slight mix up with scheduling the appt. Stuff happens, but CTR jumped through hoops to make it right, and had the issue resolved almost superhumanly quick. Absolute A+ service, I will be using them exclusively for any future needs.

Our air went out on the first day of summer and we were without for 2 days. I called several companies, many from referrals from friends and family. Everyone was booked up for weeks which is not feasible in this TX heat. I kept searching, calling around, and found CTR Services. Let me tell you, they were so professional, friendly, and quick! They scheduled me for an appointment the next morning. My tech, Michelle, was one time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had my air conditioning working in less than 30 minutes. She communicated with my home warranty company and me to ensure that we understood EVERYTHING. Not to mention, the pricing was awesome! 5 out of 5 stars! I definitely recommend! I have their number saved and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs going forward!

Called CTR to come and check my AC that was leaking water after seeing all their 5* reviews from previous customers. The secretary was very understsnding and put me on the schedule for same day. They did even better and responded within a couple hours of me calling. The tech contacted me when he was enroute told me the likely problem and the estimated price to repair. It was exactly what he said and the issue was fixed in no time! Thank you CTR for your prompt and professional response. Highly recommend them! I will be using your services again.

My AC, which is under a home warranty company, broke in mid-May. The home warranty company sent a firm that I already knew doesn't really fix the unit (given that I had prior experience with the same poor service two years ago when the condenser broke and eventually needed to be replaced). Given my prior experience, I was very skeptical that the initial firm had actually fixed the issue. Sure enough, when the unit was not functioning a few weeks later I called the home warranty company back and demanded a different provider. Unfortunately, the second provider only works M-F and wasn't available to come for three days. Given the unbearable heat and humidity combination, I decided I couldn't tolerate living in my house without working AC. I called CTR on a Saturday morning and had a repairman there by early afternoon (for the same call-out fee that the home warranty charges). CTR quickly detected the problem (the attic half of the unit needs new coils since they had rusted badly and were leaking). Unfortunately it isn't a cheap fix and couldn't have been done that same day given that at a minimum new coils were required. CTR went ahead and recharged the unit so that I could at least have a livable home environment while I decide to either replace the unit or wait for the second home warranty provider to make the repair. I can't say enough good things about CTR, and am disappointed that the home warranty company I use doesn't offer them as a covered provider. Needless to say, I will NOT be renewing the home warranty contract next year. And I WILL definitely be recommending CTR to everyone who needs AC service!
