Great experience with CWS. John installed an evaporator coil at our home. We are extremely happy with the quality of service we received and the cost for installation was very affordable. John is easy to work with and was able to answer all all questions. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. 5 stars out of 5.
We have many times and will continue using this company for our AC and all it's needs. So grateful and appreciative.
John was cordial, professional and very nice! He answered all my questions even after he left the sight! He also has quick response time and very clean after leaving no trace of work done on the hvac! He is extremely knowledgeable; I truly appreciate all the work he and his partner did! We had a new unit installed. John was very flexible about working us into his schedule. He let us know that we did not need to replace our duct, which another company had told us that a new system would destroy because of added air pressure. John let us know that this was not true, our duct system was strong. He also let us know we should have a system with a heat pump to save on our electric bill. When John and Steve came to install the new unit, they were on time, professional and completed the job in the day.
Cody was polite, professional, and diligent in his work. He was able to get my unit up and running in less than a couple hours. Did an amazing job at explaining ways to keep the system up and running and tips to help maintain the system. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone looking to have their HVAC worked on. Because of him I will continue using this company or all my HVAC needs.
Had a new HVAC installed by Jonathan Smith...absolutely fabulous work, I couldn't be more pleased. Jonathan was courteous, professional, and his experience showed with the exceptional quality of the job. Will ask for him by name if I need any work done in the future. I received quotes from four companies in the area, and CWS' prices are competitive. Plus they have quality technicians like Jonathan. If you are in need of HVAC services give them a call.
Mat and Tim came over to fix some ceiling fans that were "wonky" and they are exactly what I needed. They were fast, efficient, professional, and e planned everything. Awesome w9rkers. Will definitely be using CWS Services again.
My ac unit was 37/38 years old and this was the year I finally had to replace it. Worked with Willie to find the right unit and Cody and Aaron came out to get it installed. THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER!
I used CWS to upgrade my electrical service from a 60-amp Stab-Lok service panel to a 200-amp General Electric service. The pricing was reasonable, and they did not try to simply get away with the path of least resistance on the installation. Juan and Chris worked very well together as a team; it was as if they had rewired my exact house 100 times before. When you find a good company that provides quality work, you put them in your phone. It takes all the guess work out for the next service call. These guys completed the job in about 6 hours, the city inspector and Oncor arrived shortly after they finished, passed inspection and had service restored to my house with no problems. All of this on a Friday.
Matt & Rod came over on time and diagnosed my kitchen switches right away. They found the issue and explained to me what was going on then quickly made the necessary repairs. I'm very grateful for CWS and their staff. I highly recommend them and look to do more business with them in the near future. Thank you!
Scheduled them 2 weeks in advance to fix the lighting on the top floor of an apartment complex. Charged $100 and left. I'm not sure he did anything. I was never told they didnt schedule enough time and the issue wasnt even diagnosed, let alone fixed. When i called about rescheduling, they said 3 weeks and they would schedule more time.... no thanks!! Had an Austin company fix it the next day in about an hour. 2nd star... one of the ladies there is nice.
This is the second time I've had to call CWS the 2 gentlemen that came are very professional and easy to talk with if I ever need anything done again those 2 will be who I ask for. Because they go above and beyond with finding out the problem, and they fix it. Once again they're very friendly and do the job right the first time. Thank you for having such good well mannered employees.

I called CWS because my heater wasn't coming on and they just installed the entire unit outside and inside (AC & Heater), well Jonathon showed up within minutes and had it up and running. Enough said, he corrected everything and explained everything. He was very professional in his actions and speaking. He was super great.
They were great. They were very professional, explained it all to us, gave us a good quote, and I recommend them to anybody very professional.

Not only did he show up on time, but also attempted to save me money at every turn with the services and parts that were necessary to fulfill the job. The issues were rectified in a timely manner and further insights were offered for potential future electrical projects. It is always refreshing to see true professionals operating in their fields who truly care about what they are doing whilst upholding high standards and work ethic. Will definitely be utilizing this company for all of my electrical needs, especially if such standards are maintained. Also worked with Jonathan and Stephen on July 28th for A/C services amid the scorching temperatures that have been putting strain on A/C units across the state. Jonathan and Stephen are a dynamic duo who work seamlessly and compliment one another's skill sets. At every turn they made sure to actually address the issues with the inside portion as well as outdoor A/C unit. I had Scotty and Tim, they came early to help with my outlets! Real great people! They worked super quick and were able to find the issue as well as fix other ones that I wasn't aware of! Would definitely recommend to others to use for their electrical needs!
