Manager Dusty M. recently went above and beyond with customer service and satisfaction. Their power had been disrupted but Dusty did not let that stand in the way! She plugged her laptop up in her truck to help me in a rather urgent need of parts. Dusty Took care of me so we could help a customer keep from shutting their business' down. On the behalf of Compass Mechanical, I would like to say THANK YOU Dusty! The world NEEDS MORE people like YOU!

Everyone at the Carrier Killeen location is knowledgeable and quick, and always ready to help. However I wanted to single out Dusty Blair as a always helpful, willing to work leader. I can come to her with any odd-ball request or help with a hard to find piece of equipment and she gets it done for me. She runs her store efficiently and effectively with a great attitude. She had been a great addition to this location and I hope she climbs even higher on the Carrier ladder. Thanks Dusty!

Contacted them after hours with little expectations but was helped greatly and they even had the parts. Would definitely recommend.
