Born Again Properties helped me, I had my house listed on the market with a realtor and it wasn’t selling, I reached out to Born Again and they came in renovated and staged my house and listed it and I didn’t have to pay a dime it sold very quickly over asking price!! Thank you Born Again!
Like all contractors you have to be involved in the project in order to get the best results. They went off in a couple of directions I didn't like but quickly made the corrections I was seeking which is really what you want out of a general contractor. They have some really skilled guys that work for them. These pictures are from a year after the work was done and its still holding up so you know it was done right the first time. They tend to gravitate toward lower cost options first so if you want upgrades or something a bit nicer be sure to say so.
Born Again Renovations supplies high quality work in an industry where you need to know that a good job will be done. It is well worth the trip to their office where their ideas on there to talk through. They make great suggestions and deliver a complete job. From repair, improvements, and remodeling to additions and new home construction, they provide quality and professionalism.

We invited 5 different contractors to provide proposals on our home renovation project and this company was the highest bidder. Basically bid over double of all the others for some odd reason. Their bid came in at $115,000 for a $50,000 room addition.

Since my kids went to college, I was thinking of doing something with their rooms but couldn’t really pinpoint to what. So, I connected with Born Again Renovations to help me figure out to use the space. And their design ideas and execution is amazing. They changed their rooms in my study and a guest room with all the modern features I would ever want in a house.
I scheduled an initial consultation with this company. They rescheduled three times and did not show up for the appointment on two occasions. I blocked out and waited during the two-hour window they required. No calls. No communication at all.

Born Again Renovations did a phenomenal job for us. This was our first time using them for remodeling our home and we got everything we envisioned. They were organised, efficient and neat. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a home project to be done.
We were very happy with how prompt and professional the whole company and their contractors performed the work on our remodel. They remodeled our kitchen, bathroom and hallways and we love the results. We have already proceeded with getting estimates from Born Again Renovations to continue to remodel the rest of our home.
