After another company came out and charged for a diagnosis, we were quoted $8000.00 to replace the condenser, or $13,000.00 for the whole new system. I thought it might be best if I just ordered a new condenser since it was only $2,000.00 for a new backward compatible one. While searching for a technician to install it I found this company's owner through Coastal HVAC Supply, and Roger came out very quickly. He thought it might be best if he took a quick look to verify the compressor was bad and found it only needed a capacitor, a very quick fix since he had a new one in his truck. We suffered several days in 95 degree heat without A/C because of the unethical and/or incompetent technician from the first company. What a treasure to find an honest and competent technician. I highly recommend Roger and Air Integrity and I won't use anybody else!

Roger and his team were amazing. Extremely friendly and professional. They did such a great job clearing out the construction dust out of my air ducts. I would recommend this business to my friends and family. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I called on December 28th since I turned the Air conditioner back on from the heater. The noise at the unit outside was horrible and it was not blowing cool. I called Roger at Air Integrity HVAC and was out the next morning and repaired the unit. The cost was affordable and he was done in less than an hour. I highly recommend them for local Deer Park area home owners.
After being told that our 5 year old unit needed to be completely flipped out (with a $15,000 price tag) Air Integrity came out and completely repaired and serviced the unit and our house is cooling perfectly again. We will be using them for all future house calls and recommending them to our neighbors and friends. It’s tough to find a company that is honest, quick and reliable.

Roger with Air Integrity was awesome! Very professional and honest. Didn't try to upcharge me or do things that didn't need to be done. They are definitely my new AC people. Professional (in appearance & ability) fair price, and quick to respond! Roger came out, figured out what was wrong with our zone system, put a temporary fix in place (so we had ac to the master), was able to get the parts, and had us up and running in less than 24 hours. We have found our AC company!! Thanks Roger!!

The HVAC expert that came out took a look at my situation inside the attic and outside. He was able to make proper recommendations based on the issues I was having. All of the recommendations fixed the air that was not blowing properly in two different rooms of our house. We also noticed our AC units are running less time after the service. The electric bill started to be noticeably cheaper after the repair and service because of the work they did. It's relieving to have an HVAC company that can make sure you understand the work you're paying for. Thank you for making our AC units run like brand new again!

Had to replace an original AC & furnace. Roger showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was very competitive on price. The install was timely and professional. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs.
So Let me Say This 1st Off WOW!!!! So u know how this Texas Heat can Be About 2 Days Ago i came home and i was like wow its Kind of Hot in here so i went 2 my Thermostat and turned the A/C Down and waited for my home 2 cool off. well That Did not work out for me , So I called Air Integrity and they told me they could have some one out in about an hour. my 1st thought was really an hour lets see how late they are gonna be. well i was Wrong they showed up at the Scheduled time and they Diagnosed the problem with in 20 minutes and they where Nice, courteous and Fixed the Problem so i could go to Bed with A/c And they where up front and Truthfull with Their Pricing. i am so Thankfull and loved the service with Air Integrity! I would definitely recommend!!!!!!!
