Had Reliant out for an estimate. They broke a pipe in my attic during the estimate process which flooded part of my house. They acknowledge they broke the pipe. They refuse to pay for repairs and refuse to acknowledge that the pipe they broke caused the damage. Not a good company and I would never do business with them in any capacity.
I really received great service, AC went down and they were able to fix within a day or so. Will definitely use them again. Thank you all!!
Always had a good relationship but a tech came out and couldn't fix our issue which I understand. Was told to call the next day at 7AM and maybe someone could fix issue. I had an appointment for Monday July 3rd and no on showed up. Called at 645PM to see if anyone coming. Left message with on call service to call and nothing. Seems very unprofessional. Issues addressed and back to great relationship with Reliant. Changed to 5 stars because the convinced me they are a great runned business.

Jimmy provided quick and efficient service! He was able to identify the problem quickly and get us back to cool temperatures in no time!
My technician was Dan Thomas, and he did a fabulous job remedying my air conditioner. He was quick to analyze the issue to be a bad capacitor, replace it and he was on his way. Highly recommended.
I had the appointment with reliant and always offered best suggestion. You need to convey clearly what you want from them and they are good in understanding and provide best value.
I had a new AC unit installed 2 weeks ago on June 13, 2023 and had issues with the unit not cooling within the first week. A technician came out and said I was 4 pounds low on refrigerant. He fixed a small leak on the outside unit. Another week goes by and it's not cooling again. I am very disappointed in these issues for having to pay $8,000 for a new A/C unit. I don't feel these technicians know what they are doing.
My technician Eddie Wilkerson is very professional, courteous. He is caring and goes above and beyond for the clients. Reliant is a wonderful company definitely recommend.
The representative fully explained every single step of what he was doing and what was needed. It was a refreshing change for most services that you get in this day and age.
Reliant has done a good job until today. Last week, a part that was a month over the warranty (reliant installed) needed to be repaired. I paid the full price for the new part and installation. I then signed up for HERO program and set appointment. My wife and I stayed home to meet the AC guy. When I called they said they had meant to call and reschedule? They were quick to take the $360 from my bank account when I signed up. Buyer beware.
Eddie and Reliant save the day once again. I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with Reliant and all of their technicians. I realized our downstairs AC was not cooling around 7:30 tonight. Took a chance and called Reliant not expecting someone to pick up. I got the on-call service and a super hero named Eddie arrived within and hour of my call!! He called me to let me know he was on the way and listened to me when I explained what was going on: when he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and had a quick fix. I honestly wasn’t expecting service to night but Reliant and Eddie came through in a big way! I cannot thank you enough!
We have used them twice over the past few years for various issues and they always have been able to find and fix the issue. I also enjoy the ease of scheduling on their website
Dan Thomas was great!! So nice and very thorough. Also didn’t complain once about the extreme and dangerous het as he had to go into my attic to service/check my unit. Thank you Dan!!
Excellent technician, Wilkerson should be commended for working so hot in 108 degree weather. Specially in the attic and outdoors. I’m a100% disabled veteran and Eddie worked in the heat to solve the issue and was very professional
We are part of their Hero program and I called on a Saturday afternoon after our upstairs unit was not working. The temp on the second floor had reached 88° and I wanted to get on the service list for early the next week. Our Tech Eddie called me within a hour and said he could come out Saturday evening. Great service!
Jorge fixed my ductless AC with great service and professionalism. He is also friendly and gave good advice.

Shawn with Reliant Air was great. He was very clear and concise about what the problem was and the costs in fixing it. Fortunately it was a very simple fix and the cost was minimal. Been listening to WBAP 820AM for years and years. Always heard their ads on their air, I took a chance on them and was not disappointed. Thank you.
