Definetly the best HVAC organization in the Irving/DFW surround. Couldnt/wouldn't thing of calling aby other contractor.
I highly reccomend this company. I had them replace the Air, and heating system in my elderly, mother’s house. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. As the gas furnace, and air system, were over 40 years old, this was not an easy job. Alex went out of his way to ensure everything was done right. I am very impressed with everyone I talked to. I will not be using anyone else from now on.
They are the best. I called them 9:30am on a Saturday morning and they were able to send Alex out and install a new unit that day.
Ken came on Saturday, replaced the motor, very efficient and quick... Will use his service again I just want to update this review because Ken came again to look at the issue of the installed motor on a Friday evening, got another motor and replaced it , absolutely wonderful to see small companies exhibiting highest level of integrity And honesty... I will use his services again and refer hm to rolled without any isses
We were recommended this company by Todd Freeman, the plumber. He has always recommended great people to us and this company was no exception! Kenny was very knowledgeable and helped fix the leak we had. We thought it was going to be a major problem but luckily it wasn't too bad. Definitely will be going with these guys in the future for all our AC needs. Much better than Coppell Heating and Air.
Ken Murray and his team are all stars! Definitely a 5 Star rating! They came out after hours to repair our condenser and make sure we had AC for our 10 month old. Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and caring. This is the second time we've had to call Ken and were 110% satisfied each time. Give Ken and his team a call for your heating and AC needs!
I can not say enough about Ken Murray's Air Conditioning and Heating's professionalism, integrity, and promptness especially Alex Mendrano the technician that installed a new unit for us. Our existing unit died on us and were needing to get it replaced. Thanks to Alex we walk into a nice, cool house of 75 degrees even though it is a 100 degrees outside. Where as our old AC unit while it was working never went below 80 degrees on a hot day and ran all day. Alex is the kindest person and has true intentions on getting you the best unit for your house and will go above and beyond to make sure the AC unit will be as effective as possible. Alex after the job was done came back later during the week to make sure everything was going well and gave us pointers on how we can make our house even cooler. We could have not been more blessed to have Ken Murray's Air Conditioning come to handle our heating and cooling needs. To say the least we are so happy with the more than fair price and effectiveness of the unit. Thank you to Ken Murray and especially Alex for your professionalism and honesty.
I love the service with Ken Murray's! This is a family run, local and honest business. Kenny explains issues very thoroughly and offers very competitive pricing! I used this company two years ago when I found a recommendation on NextDoor. They were able to address my issue the same day to get my AC up and running when it was 100 degrees outside. I received the same service this past weekend. Kenny himself came over within 30 minutes because he was already in the area. Within 1 hour he had replaced the motor and got my AC working again. The great part about his service is that he carries Lennox parts on his truck. Since that is the type of unit I have he has all parts on hand, so the customer does not have to wait for a part to be ordered or picked up! Kenny is also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend Ken Murray's!

I have used Ken Murray's Air Conditioning and Heating for years. I have always had amazing service and won't use anyone else. Recently, both of my units went out and it was one of the coldest nights we have had. Melissa walked me through several different steps to try to resolve the problem over the phone. When that didn't work, Alex stayed late to come help me. Within an hour, they had both units running. He explained exactly what was wrong and how to avoid future problems. I have had several calls in the days after, just to make sure everything was still working great! They are a family owned business and I definitely feel part of their family by the way they consistently treat me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Highly recommend Ken Murray’s AC! Just had them install an AC unit and it’s fantastic. I made several calls to other companies and obtained multiple quotes for the job we needed. Ken Murray’s quote fell in the middle of the pack....but their knowledge, great customer service, and quick install date were the reasons we selected them for our job. We are very happy with our overall experience.
Great customer service and very helpful. They definitely went above and beyond for us. Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year and I couldn't be with out it do to having my elderly parents living with us. I called probally 10 places before calling them. No one could come until the next day or the following week.They were the only place that I called that could come out that same day. I know this don't happen all the time but I'm sure glad that it did. Thanks again and I will be using them again.

We had Ken Murray’s AC & Heating install 3 new units and all that goes with the new duct work, etc. We can’t say enough good things about their work and service! Very reliable, great communication—will recommend them to anyone who needs any level of AC and heating work!
Excellent customer service, always more than willing to answer questions. After researching AC units and receiving estimates from 5 different companies, we chose Ken Murray's to install two new units in our home and we were happy from the beginning to end of installation. We have them maintain our units and we are always happy to see Ken Jr. You don't see customer service like this anymore
Had such a great experience with Kenny of Ken Murray’s Air Conditioning & Heating. He was prompte, thorough, helpful, and did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t actually need. On the contrary, he was able to give me a good suggestion on how to save on future service calls.
Great service and price on a new Lennox A/C unit. Highly recommend! Their technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned/hauled all old parts and trash. Always good to find a contactor you can trust!

Our AC went out last night. We called Ken Murray's A/C and they were here first thing in the morning. Pricing more than fair as was the response time. We definitely recommend Ken Murray's AC!
It's after hours on a Friday night. The house is as hot inside as the Texas summer heat outside. Who ya gonna call ?!?! Ken Murray!! In desperation I called Ken Murray hoping to get an emergency call number; instead Ken answered the phone. He sent service to my home Friday night after hours. The Tech was able to temporarily fix the problem to get us through the night, until Saturday morning at which time it was permanently repaired. THANK YOU KEN MURRAY!! Fabulous service, good price, 2nd to None.
