Have paid maintenance on 5 homes in Advance.did not do winter tuneup. Am still trying to schedule for summer and Kenny always skips.
Our 12 year old system was failing. Called Bridges. They responded the same day. They told us what was wrong and how much it would cost. They also quoted a new system for a very reasonable price so we opted for the new system. The new system was installed in one day and is so much more efficient. Thank you David for your excellent and professional service!
I am in construction and was having a terrible time getting someone to come out and service a customers 8 year old unit that had stopped working. I had Reliant HVAC come out , and after 5 service calls and 5 different parts it still was not working . I gave up on Reliant. My wife is in Real Estate and referred me to Bridges. She said she had had good luck with them. She was right, they came out to the house we were having issues with and had it up and running in no time. very pleased with their personnel and quality of service. Already referred them to my son for his office building .
Just got run off the road by one of the drivers. I called the company and was told I was the second person to call and they were going to have a talk with the driver…… Road rage is serious and if your driver is putting people in danger FIRE them!!!!! Would never do business with this company!!!!
My house burned in December, 2018, and I had very few resources (no insurence) to splurge on rebuilding. I chose to reuse the furnace, ducts, and condensing unit, after a thorough cleaning of all components. Kenny Puentes resoldered the plumbing, charged the system, and it has functioned perfectly for 2 years!.
I called Bridges Air based on the recommendation from Home Advisor. I cannot say enough good things about Bridges Air. They were honest, respectful, and charged a fair price. I had two other companies come take a look at my system and they both recommended extremely costly repairs. Bridges Air came out and informed me that I just needed some basic servicing. Also, my girlfriend was struck by how respectfully they spoke to her when explaining the aspects of the repair. As a women, she tends to experience being talked down to by contractors/servicemen. That was not the case with the folks from Bridges Air. I will be using Bridges Air from now on to service AC unit and I would happily recommend them to friends.
We have used Bridges Air at least 3-4x over the years and we've always had an amazing experience. Kenny and his brother Johnny are knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. We needed a part replaced last year and Kenny gave us several options in various price ranges and discussed the pros and cons for each. He actually recommended the cheaper option but we opted to replace with the exact part that had broken which was the most expensive option. He called us back within the hour to tell us he had been misquoted the price of the option we chose and it would actually be almost half the price he'd originally said. We had already agreed to pay the higher price and if not for his honesty and transparency we would have been none the wiser. He has our business going forward and we always recommend him to everyone!
Good service in terms of knowledge. Overpriced. You can find a cheaper option for the same quality. I would stay away. Kenny was respectful, knowledgeable. However, he's also a good salesman. Charged almost double of what it should have been but made it sound like he was giving me his life savings for free.

Bridges Air ( Kenny ) had been servicing the AC units at my home and rental properties in Irving. I highly recommend their services as they are very honest, timely , responsible and reasonably priced. Excellent quality of work is their trade mark.
Let me give you a word of advice that makes sense if you think about it. If your A.C company has a bunch of T.V commercials and drive 60k trucks.. Your gonna need a "new system" every other time they come out. If they have radio spots on every station.. your gonna have a "bad capacitor" everytime they come out. Do yourself a favor and ask around like I did because honest companies get their business by word of mouth and that's how I found Bridges Air. It's amazing how you can get a great price on a new system when the company isnt making you pay for their trucks and advertising. Dont say I didn't warn you. Thanks again to the whole Bridges Air team for making me feel like more than ATM.

Whoever drove the Bridges Air service van (Ford Transit) on I-35E south today is a real professional, tailgating and flashing high beams at other drivers almost causing an accident.
