Very professional tech that provided Very sound advice as to what could be done to my heating/cooling system to provide better comfort to our house. Our system is not designed well and should be balanced with an additional thermostat.

We've used ARS/Rescue Rooter for several years. They're always quick to respond for both maintenance and emergency calls. Roy is a great tech - professional, friendly, and able to communicate complicated concepts and solutions in a manner easily understood by customers unfamiliar with the industry lingo. They are our go-to for AC and plumbing projects.
There was a problem with scheduling which would've dropped the score, but thank goodness Jessica followed up and got someone out early the next day. Sheldon came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem expertly. He also noted and provided consultation on a couple of safety issues that could prevent future major damage and higher expenses. His work is professional and I'd give him 6 stars if I could. Great job!
Service was excellent. I will use ARS again. Appointment was easy to make and Sheldon did an excellent job explaining what he was doing as he worked.
Sheldon Richardson has been excellent in providing the level of service and support required to get my HVAC system operational again. He has also been sincere with his advice and did his best to provide good value for money for the service. I wish ARS were more responsive in sending Sheldon to my residence to fix my issue. I had to wait 2.5 days to get the technician onsite!
Our A/C stopped working intermittently. I called them about 3:45pm and they showed up the next morning. I didn't expect such prompt service with the excessive heat we're experiencing. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with the service I received from ARS today. Our A/C unit stopped blowing cold air just as a heat wave started in our area. They came within a day of making a service request via Handy and communicated we'll. The two technicians were courteous, professional, quick, and thorough in both their diagnostics and prognosis. The technicians replaced our capacitor and explained that it was burnt out not because of age but because of overuse due to an aging and inefficient motor. They talked us through options for service, repair, and replacement. Though they connected us with a salesman from ARS, I did not feel pressured into making any future commitments with the company. I appreciated both that they were able to make our unit functional again and explain what to expect in the future.

Our AC was taken out by a lightning strike. I called ARS this morning and they got a Tech scheduled to come between 8 and 12, which was great. Garison arrived and had to do some diagnostics to figure out what the problem was. He determined that a switch on the outside unit and control board inside had to be replaced. He had a replacement switch but had to order the board. But he got the system working. Thank goodness as it's supposed to hit 95 degrees today. I would highly recommend ARS for any plumbing or HVAC service/repairs.
I would like to thank Roberto from ARS for coming out. He did an exceptional job and even explained everything with detail to me. He even explained that all the weeds I have in the back of my yard near the ac unit are poison ivy. I recommend Roberto as your ARS tech. Thank you and from now on please have him come out as my tech. The house even feels more fresh!!! Great work Roberto! May the Lord bless this company and their techs!
I had a same day appointment for my call. The blower of my HVAC system was broken and the A/C was not working either. Kevin took time to explain us everything, gave us options of repair vs replace. Took time to answer all our questions. Next day, the technicians who came to install were professional, skilled. They installed, cleaned up before leaving and explained us everything. I am happy with ACR and would highly recommend if they give same service if something goes wrong.
Received an estimate and purchased new AC unit from ARS Comfort Consultant. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation the next day !
