Thank you Air Pro for coming out same day we called to fix our AC Unit! We very much appreciate you all! I'm so thankful this a was fixed the same day we called.
I had two coils replaced at my home. I was initially assured that I would be receiving Carrier coils, only to have Bryant coils installed instead. Although Bryant is a subsidiary of Carrier, it was not what I was promised. Following the completion of the work, I was left dealing with a mess in my attic and around my property, as the installation crew did not clean up after themselves properly. While they did rectify some of the mess after I brought it to their attention, it was not something I should have had to manage. Additionally, there was an unfortunate incident where oil was spilled on my lawn, which was subsequently treated with an oil degreaser. This ended up killing the grass in that area. To add insult to injury, the crew used my garden hose to rinse a container containing a white putty-like substance, which left an unsightly white residue on my lawn. While the team initially took precautions by laying down a canvas to protect my floors while bringing in the equipment, this was later removed. Subsequently, Roberto, the lead technician, tracked mud through my home, despite there being a clear instruction to remove shoes at the entrance. It is worth noting that throughout the day, not a single member of the crew wore shoe covers. After lodging my third complaint, Scooter, who promised to personally ensure a 'great job', agreed to assess the damage done during the installation. Despite his reassurances, he never showed up. In light of the time and cost required for me to rectify the damage to my lawn and clean my hardwood and carpeted floors, I sent Scooter a bill reflecting my designer's hourly rate and equipment costs. As of this review, Scooter has declined to pay, arguing that the amount is excessive. It is deeply disappointing to witness the lack of respect the installation crew had for my property and the subsequent damage caused. I can't say enough about the quality service and quick response I have received from Air Pro. They are true professionals! I highly recommend them, if you're looking for quality work for your AC needs, this is the company, hands down!
Called to get a bid/quote on a new entire HVAC system. We've been remodeling the house and we decided to replace our entire 1992 HVAC system with a new one. We had used Air Pro many, many years in a previous house and had no issues; however, since being at this house, for some reason over the years Barbara has been very rude when we've called. I only put up with this twice and I stopped using them bc of her. For some reason, I figured she had changed over the years and wouldn't be so rude. Boy, was I wrong! In Dec, 2022 I called and left a voice-mail and stated we would like a bid/quote for a new HVAC system. The next day, Scooter called me back and left a voice mail for me to return his call to schedule a time for him to come out. I called back and Barbara answered. (It was now Saturday morning.) She said Scooter was busy and couldn't take my call and asked what I was calling about because she could help me. I told her I was calling to schedule an appointment for Scooter to come out to our house to give a bid/quote because we're wanting to replace our 20+ year old Carrier system with a new, energy efficient system. She told me Scooter would have to come out and diagnose the problem, they dont just replace an HVAC system just because a customer says they need a nrw one, so there would be service charge of around $150. (I forget the amount she told us, but I know it wasn't less than $150) I told her there isn't a diagnosis that needs to be done because we want to replace the entire system. She was extremely rude and said Scooter has to diagnose and that was final. She refused to let me talk to Scooter or let him know I called and for him to call me back. The next business day, we called Baker Brothers and they came out to give a bid and by Tuesday we had a new, complete HVAC system installed just like we wanted. They didn't have to diagnose squat bc the diagnosis was we wanted to replace a 20+ year old system!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Air Pro A/C & Heating. Mr. Walsh and his crew are the "Epitome of Professionalism". They were punctual, courteous, detail oriented and worked efficiently. They completely replaced a 20 year old A/C & Heating system in my three story home in one day. I was amazed and completely satisfied! Job Well Done!
We moved to Irving from the northeast and our very first day here the AC went out in our new house on a 90 degree day. Needless to say we were desperate. We called and they fit us into their schedule quickly for the quote. They did not take advantage of us and over charge due to the urgency of the job. Instead they provided excellent pricing, got the job done the same day, and made us feel great to have picked Irving as a place to live. Watching the entire team work seamlessly and efficiently was a pleasure to witness. Every single person from Air-Pro was not just respectful and kind but really made a bad situation feel okay. Our family would highly recommend them. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

My a/c went out on a late Saturday afternoon on one off the hottest days in the metroplex so far this year. I called AIR PRO and he said someone would be there in 30 minutes! Roberto came out on time and he was very thorough; explained everything giving the pricing up front which was very reasonable! Within an hour we were up and running! This is the second time I've used Air Pro and I recommend them without hesitation! Thank you Air Pro!
I have used Air-Pro for many years. They have installed new units and serviced the units reguarly to keep them operating well. I trust them to only do what is necessary. They are professional and reliable.
Scooter & Scott have been absolutely awesome to work with over the years! I have been a client for almost 4 years so when our A/C finally quit working, it was an easy choice to use them on our new system installation! They scheduled promptly, were on time and the install was quick and his team was very clean! Thanks for all you do to keep us cool!!!
Needed a whole new system and didn’t want to wait until it was too hot with summer! Scooter and his team did an outstanding job installing and getting it done as soon as we needed. We would recommend them to anyone!
First of all, this morning I woke up sweating! So in full panic mode, I checked and changed my filter (might have been a little over due) while calling the company’s number I have SAVED in my phone. I do not play when it comes to this Texas heat. Barbara answered and asked if the outside unit was running. It. Was. Not. She let me know that she would send Scott and Scooter out between 12-3p SAME DAY!!!!! Dealing with different companies in the past, I have always worried about the price and quality. That is not the case with this company. I trust them. I don’t worry about being cheated or unfair prices. So fast forward to tonight: I am wearing cozy pj’s under my sheets plus a really great quality heavy quilt. The tip of my nose is ice cold. All is well with the world again.
I have been using Air-Pro and working with Scooter since 2005! I would not have stayed with them this long if I was not 100% satisfied. They are always quick to respond & take good care of my 2 units. They explain what needs to be repaired & why. This past week, the roofers punctured a hole in the freon line. I called Scooter. He & Scott were here within 1 hour. They knew it was best to get everything fixed while the roofers were still here. Thank you !
Air Pro has been my service provider for about 8 years now. I recently moved and was experiencing A/C problems just after move-in. I called Scooter to diagnose and recommend solutions. He patiently explained what was wrong with the old system and how much I would benefit by replacing with a new unit. The old unit was pulling 20 amps -- the new would pull around 12 amps! Almost half the energy usage! We decided to replace for the long-term benefit. The install was scheduled and work was completed as expected. Crew was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable in performing the work. I would recommend Scooter, Scott and the team to anyone! They have come to my rescue more than once without worrying about the time or effort needed.
The team showed up and replaced my entire unit, inside and out in one day. The new unit is absolutely wonderful and is super efficient and zoned unlike our older unit. The AirPro team was completely professional and performed top quality work. Very clean and punctual. Thanks so much.
