They installed a condenser for our house and asked us to add a 3 months maintenance service and after their installation they never did any maintenance service to our HVAC. Now we are having issues in our AC we where informed that the company already closed.

Got a new unit installed in August. For the last two weeks we’ve been trying to get a hold of them to do maintenance. Every time we call we get directed to a full voicemail box by an automated system so we can’t leave a message. I’ve tried to book online but they are not anytime available at all. Are they closed? Out of business?

We’re getting ready for a fresh air system, to address CO2 levels in our home. Temperature Pro is outstanding. Install of new HVAC was last summer. They followed up (free visit) with the first cold snap to ensure my heating was working and it performed well!! Enjoying AC and heat when needed and lower electric bills are helping my budget!!

They had trouble getting unit in and installed but they did had to call back out for small problem but they came back and fixed it I am happy

Harvey was very professional and personable. He explained everything extremely well.

Harvey put on shoe covers before coming into the house and placed a mat on the floor for the attic access door and that impressed me. He thoroughly went over with me where the unit needed attention both inside and out. He was professional and courteous. He was also knowledgeable about HVAC systems and ran a air quality test and then explained it to me. He is a top notch AC technician in my opinion and highly recommend him to my friends, neighbors, and family.
