I was very impressed with Will because not only did he get my a/c working but he also explained why I was having problems! And i’m doing everything he suggested to the tune of $2800I trusted him and of course if his suggested solution does not work I am old and will spend the rest of my life in prison🤪
Mike was really informative and gave me a lot of information of how my a/c is performing and changes we can make the house to help with airflow.
Joel was an all round awesome technician! My unit was having an issue with not cooling properly and after I tried troubleshooting it myself I couldn’t figure out the issue. He came to my house earlier than expected in this heat wave and got it fixed in no time and he taught me a few things about ac’s that I wasn’t aware of as well. We’re very grateful to call this company and have him as our technician.
After finding coolant leaks in our nearly 22 year old compressor and furnace, we reached out to several companies to get quotes on a new HVAC system. Air Tech of Humble sent out MC Perez, who was very personable, HVAC knowledgeable, and patient with our decision making. We made our mind up within a few hours (which was already after 6pm) and MC Perez was able to get us on a schedule for the very next day with an install window of 8-10am. At 8:10am, Mr. Kenya, along with Mr. Oscar and crew arrived and were all courteous, professional, and hardworking. In near 100 degree weather outside, also climbing a hot roof, and possibly 115-120 degrees plus in our attic, they installed a complete HVAC system, along with reinstalling our existing Reme Halo whole home UV air purification system, tested everything, and cleaned up in right around 5 hours. You can’t ask for much more hustle than that! Thank you all very much for getting my family and I back in the cool AC comfort of our own home again!!
Dustin Taylor was great, especially because our A/C failed on a hot July Saturday evening. In l less than an hour he had us up and running again. HINT get the service contract and you’ll save more than it costs with the diagnosis fee waived and the 20% discount on parts. I highly recommend both Dustin and Air Tech to my Houston neighbors who are looking for help with their HVAC problems.
Michael is an amazing tech and knows his stuff well! He genuinely cares and takes his time to make sure I am educated on everything needed. I ALWAYS ask that he is the one sent to my house! THANK YOU MIKE!!!
My A/C bit the dust and I was reviewing multiple local companies and options. Michael Caruthers from Air Tech did an amazing job selling, explaining, and supporting. What sold me on this company was their outstanding reviews, their responsiveness compared to their competition, and their proposal, which offered more value to me than the others I had been considering. They had my system completely replaced and working the next day (it was a Saturday also). On the Monday, I also had them add attic insulation and clean the all the ducts since both were needed badly. Luis Llama from Air Tech led that effort. All of it went very smoothly, they were very professional, their subcontractors did awesome, and their office staff was very friendly when I called to pay them. Very satisfied!

William showed up promptly - gave my unit a thorough evaluation and explained what was going on. This was at a time when three other companies didn’t even bother to return my calls. The install crew (Luis) came out two hours later and spent a very hot afternoon putting in a new unit. Outstanding service and very well done. Everything was prompt and professional. Thanks for the outstanding service.
Joel was on time and very professional. After he checked my AC units and heard one making a funny sound. He took a video of it and showed me what the problem was. He also helped me figure out my cost, and what was covered under warranty. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He came out the next day and replaced the motor. Thank you!

Michael was very thorough and explained everything in detail. The only thing I question is if I really need everything he suggested. So I'm planning to ask friends who have expertise in this area, before proceeding to purchase anything else.
Joel Castaneda came out to assess my 3 year old Trane air conditioning system because it was making new noises and not cooling well. He performed a thorough assessment of the system and quickly identified several issues that needed to be addressed - both inside and out. The unit was quickly brought into working order and a failing fan was identified as the source of the noise. It is cooling better tonight and he will be back in a few days with the warranty- replaced part to return the system to its original condition. He was friendly, competent and helpful and patiently showed me some ways to keep the system working at its best. In this post-Covid era it is great to find someone with this high level of skill who remains customer-focused.
Dustin T. with AirTech was very timely, professional, courteous, and candid in the services he provided and the best course of action to address our AC issue.
