Air conditioning technician refuses to replace, repair, or unclog the condensate line. Keep in mind that when I filled out the form to have him sent out, I selected (main condensate line clogged or not draining) from a drop down menu. So the company says they fix this sort of the thing, but the technician says they don't. They shouldn't of taken my money at all if they will not do the work, or they need to fire this guy and hire technicians that can do the work.
