Nine years ago they installed for me the whole system and the price and the people were right. Now I called them again to check the system because the house was hot. It happened that the A/C was fine, the problem was electric because it didn’t reach the required 220. They contacted me with an electrician and eliminated the $75.00 travel charge. The technicians were extremely helpful and professionals.
I enjoyed my business with EZ Comfort. The manager Aisha was very professional and went the extra mile, Felipe and his assistant were on time and worked quickly, and Yesenia and Melissa were always there to answer the phone when I needed to get in touch with them. I used EZ Comfort because a neighbor recommended them, and I would happily recommend them to someone else.
EZ Comfort rescued me from Home Warranty shenanigans, after I hadn’t had AC for 10 days while in the middle of a heat wave in Humble that included daily heat advisories and resulted in a house whose ambient temperature was 90F from June 14th - June 24th 2023. Their staff were able to get me on their schedule with minimal delays (when other companies were quoting 2-3 weeks into the future), with one phone call to the stellar office team. The Business Owner & HVAC technician, Juan Carlos, quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what options I had. His professional, polite, technical demeanor & explanation resulted in my family replacing the furnace, drip pan (which was inappropriately plumbed causing rusty water to constantly drip from our backup line rather than divert to the primary drain line) and installed a whole home surge protector. These updates should mitigate/eliminate future issues. It is likely that local power surges placed strain on my capacitor (which had a burnt out terminal & char marks on the mounting frame), resolved a Gerry-rigged control board, and replaced the non- functioning blower. All these observations where ignored by my home warranty inspector who instead quickly insisted that I had a leak in my system that the HW wouldn’t cover & tried to sale me a “temporary fix” via cash that wouldn’t have addressed any of the true issues. Thank goodness I was smart enough to reach out to EZ Comfort who did a thorough system inspection to provide a technical disposition with appropriate records of their finding’s & recommendations for correction. The EZ Comfort staff who came out to help (installation & removal of non-operating equipment) were professional and friendly, with much appreciation, thanks, and popsicles given to Juan Carlos & his team (Yoni, Jose, & the electrician). On April 27, 2023, while performing a cooling inspection on my 5 ton Trane system, Alfredo noticed a 5 inch duct was disconnected/torn apart. This happened during an Attic Renovation project conducted by Orkin in February, 2023. Alfredo repaired the damaged duct. He also installed an in-line float switch and added a p-trap to a primary drain line to prevent googling noises in an upstairs bathroom. I appreciate Alfredo's efforts in resolving all these issues while he was at my home on 4/27/23.
Can’t say enough good things about their a/c techs. They’ve done several things for us efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend their company for your HVAC needs. Update-they still do great work!
Very quick response and able to come on a saturday. Very professional and friendly service. There was some confusion with the actual service and the pricing so it was a bit more expensive than anticipated but nothing crazy

I’d to express how much I appreciate EZ Comfort for being timely and professional with their service. I was having issues with my A/C not cooling and operating properly. I called EZ Comfort and spoke with Carlos and Yesenia to set up an appointment for their tech to diagnose my home and signed up for their maintenance services. Felipe came and diagnosed my system to discover my system was low on refrigerant because of a leak. Turned out that the Evaporator Coil was bad. We spoke about my options and a path forward. Today their installers came and took care of my system. Installed a new Evap Coil and followed up with topping off my system with refrigerant for a fair price. Thank you Felipe, Carlos, and Johnny. Also, Yesenia, for always giving me an update on Tech ETAs. Thank you for everything Ez Comfort.

It was one of only a few positive experiences I've ever had with an HVAC company. There were recommendations to improve my system, but no pushy high pressure sales. They did everything they said they would in a timely manner. My tech was Philip and he sent his name and a picture beforehand to let me know he was on the way and who to expect. Professional from top to bottom and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for AC help. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
