Our rooftop unit has been problematic for the last couple of years despite its age. Our neighbor recommended we call Super Service to take a look. The technician that came out took his time checking everything unlike some of the other companies we’ve had come out previously. At the end of his inspection he discussed with us our options and even had the parts we needed in his truck fixing the issues same day. Highly recommend Elders Heating & Air Co.
Elders Heating & Air Co team solved the moisture problems in my house. They helped analyze the problem and replaced my air ducts and AC system. They are dependable and professional. I will continue using Elders Heating & Air Co as other AC businesses didn't figure it out.
Water heater removal and replace. Elders Heating & Air gave me a same day appointment, less than an hour after I called. Service technician was polite, hard working and very professional. The folks at Elders Heating & Air Co provided exceptional service from providing quote to install. Quote provided by was in clear, detailed and in pdf format emailed to me. The work, that included changing more parts than just the furnace, was completed in one day and they even swiped the furnace room in the end. I would highly recommend this company for doing HVAC work.
I signed up for maintenance contract with these guys. They did an installation in the past and I was very impressed with the level of service and above all, their level of honesty.They also gave me some advice on how to maintain my units. Would definitely recommend them.
