Dylan with Cruz Air really helped us out! We called early on a hot June Sunday afternoon because our AC was not working. Dylan had arrived at our house in less than an hour!! And because we called before 5pm on Sunday, we were only charged the normal service fee, not an emergency fee! I would highly recommend Cruz Air, we have used them for years and they have always provided great service!!

Over the last 30 years in kingwood I played roulette with HVAC companies. Finally about 5 years ago I settled on Cruz and have been getting great service. Had issues with upstairs unit. Dylan arrived same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it.
Great for electrical an HVAC service. They are professional, respond quickly and friendly. Dylan explained what needed to be serviced and replaced. I have used them for a few years and highly recommend them.

Good job they found the leak in the evaporator of a heat pump that is still under warantee. Good job in finding the micro leak with hydro chluoro carbon sniffer.

This is probably the most punctual company I have ever worked with. Travis is the nicest and most honest. He carefully explained the details and our options to my partner and me. We were able to finance a new unit. Although, I was disappointed the new drain pan was cracked by the employees at the time of the installment, Travis was quick to ask Diana to call me so that we could schedule a time to replace it. No damage was caused to the our home and our concerns were validated, so that is why they still get 5 stars from me. Seriously, they are incredible.

After I tried installing a smart thermostat, my air conditioner stopped working. I called Cruz Air & Electric the next morning and made an appointment for that afternoon. Travis was able to resolve the issue and install both thermostats in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous and even cleaned up after himself. I'm very satisfied with Travis and the service provided and will definitely use Cruz Air & Electric for future needs.
From the start to finish this company has professional employees. Called for an estimate on replacing our hvac system, Diane was very responsive in scheduling and communicating a date and time. Travis who listened and explained their hvac package with no pressure on buying higher priced units. Installers Javier, Javier and victor were neat and clean. Dillon who checked and verified the system was on time and informative. Wonderful customer service! Would definitely recommend

Travis was excellent, he was able to fix the problem with my unit rather quickly. My son is paralyzed and can't get too hot so his timely repair was a blessing. We are very grateful.

I have used this company for years and Adam and his crew are excellent at what they do. Their service is above and beyond they're always on time. They have been taking care of my Air conditioning and heating needs for years they also take care of my generator. If you're in need of AC or heater work I would definitely recommend Cruz AC and Electric.
