I recently moved and called Leon at Apex Air Solutions to come and inspect an AC unit which I believed was not running well. Leon inspected the unit and provided great advice on the condition of the equipment. My units are under warranty but I wanted a second opinion to make sure that the warranty contractors were doing the right thing. I trust Leon because of his knowledge and experience with HVAC systems. Initially Apex Air Solutions was recommended to us by a friend. If you need HVAC solutions don’t hesitate to call Apex.
We had Leon and his team install a new complete AC system back in 2017. Everything is still running as awesome as the day they put it in. Their prices were very reasonable, and the installation went exactly as planned. I was reminded of this when hearing a recent horror story from a neighbor regarding a different company. I would not hesitate to recommend Apex Air Solutions to all friends and family.
The owner of the business is a great guy very knowledgeable. He’s the one who came out to look at my unit. His guys did a great job putting in my new unit. They were very respectful and stopped to answers my questions. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.
08/11/2019: Leon just save my home from a heat disaster! Quick, thorough, honest and trustworthy! Do not think twice about hiring Apex Air Solutions if you are in the Humble/Kingwood area! Call him!
I like this company! I contacted Apex Air after receiving an unfair quote from another company. They were fair, courteous, and informative about the issue. I appreciate the honesty and quality service.
APEX AIR SHOWED UP ON TIME EXLPAINED WHAT THE UNIT PROBLEM WAS OR APPEARED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS . THEY ALWAY WHANT THE MOST EXPENSIVE FIX , WILL NOT RECOMMEND !!
I don't give reviews very often, if at all. But in this case, I felt it was warranted. It is hard to find a reliable contractor and I reached out to several HVAC contractors before speaking with Leon. He was courteous, helpful and prompt. He visited the same day to inspect our system and his team came out the next day to install our new A/C. His price was very competitive and they did not compromise on quality. His entire team was professional and highly qualified. They did a fantastic job and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
Recently lightning storm knocked out a lot of my electrical components, including what i thought was my AC unit. Leon (the owner) sent Brandon on short notice & he checked out the unit & was able to locate the issue swifty. I was only out a service call charge & had cold AC blowing again! Thanks Apex!
My 20 year old system finally gave out. Tech Brandon did a great job of replacing our whole system for very reasonable price. Highly recommend Apex Air Solutions.
I highly recommend apex air solutions. They are easy to work with and explain everything that is wrong. They walk through what they will be doing down to the T. The gentleman that came to my home was polite and gave me all options that I can take. I definitely will keep this companies number in my phone. Updated- 3/25/17 We needed freon added to our ac unit again to get ready for summer. APEX saved the day yet again. I recommend this company. The tech that came out was very nice and professional. They let us know that we will need to update our ac unit pretty soon and he discussed all options we had. The one thing I really like is they didn't make me feel forced to have to purchase one right away. I know when we do update our system I will definitely go with apex.
The air conditioner technician not only arrived on time but slightly ahead of schedule. I was greeted by a very pleasant and gentle giant of a man who also happens to be the owner named Leon Ortega. Great Customer Service! I absolutely recommend Leon for his professional installation and complete follow through with high level of service. He fixed the problem w/ the HVAC in under an hour after the first crumby company (who actually installed the unit) couldn't figure it out at all. The AC System was low on freon and was installed less than 18 months ago! Needless to say we will be calling Apex Air solutions from now on. We were given a detailed report on the receipt of the work that was done including the current freon levels so they can be checked in the spring to make sure the unit is running efficiently. Leon even went above and beyond and cleaned the HVAC system at no extra charge because there is a lot of plumbing work being done outside and the dust, dirt, and debris was also interfering with the units cooling capability. Apex Air solutions Services is a straight forward, matter of fact, stand behind their work, and simply trustworthy company. I give them top marks all around.
Apex just completed a full replacement of my HVAC system for me and I couldn't be happier. The team did such an outstanding job that even the City of Houston inspector was impressed. The inspector and my own observations are the attention to details/fit and finish are well above average. The job they did for me was a complete replacement including new duct work and new lines. Other things going for Apex are low cost and a professional, polite, quick crew. I have zero regrets.
Great service! They put in a new air duct and changed the baffles so that my office is now cooling well and doesn't have hot spots. Great job and efficient service! I highly recommend them for honest, quality work that won't break the bank!
