Booked an appointment from 9am-12noon someone how changed my appointment from 10am-2pm the day before and it’s 2:30pm and tech still hasn’t showed. I called the office and apparently they changed the time again without my knowledge from 10am-3pm. At this point I think it’s impossible to find an AC company that understand punctuality or at the least communication. Will not be using the company again.
They half way do the job, just to keep having to come out and make up fake changes, please get a second opinion and don't use them. They won't call you to even talk to you about what's going on!! Beware
I was the first appointment of the day to have them replace my coil, fix the restriction and put new freon in. Appointment was from 8 to 12 and they got there at 11:50. Took an hour to pull everything out then used my plugs outside to chill in front of some fans and vibe i guess. Finally got to work by 1 and left at 2. Hour later it wasnt coming on at all. Called American Home Sheild and they told me theyd send them back out. Turns out its now completely broken and the outside unit needs to be replaced. 90° in my house and I'm going to be out $1700 to replace a new unit.
Very professional. Parts were o time. The guy replaced the a/c unit in a timely manner. Thanks A1 service
Asiano, I was so impressed. Not only was he professional he called to see if he could arrive early which was a blessing. He arrived earlier which was a blessing. Asiano is Honest professional and resolved my problem and pricing was even Better. Thank God for Asiano
AHS sent them to fix a 2.5 ton AC unit that cools the second floor (under 1200 sq ft). The technician who visited was courteous and professional. After spending about 15 minutes on diagnosis, he determined that the AC was not cooling due to an evaporator leak, informed me about it and that he would file the claim with AHS, and left. Nothing happened for about a week, so I reached out to AHS and they said they haven't received any paperwork, so I reached out to Air Majesty. They filed the paperwork and within a few minutes AHS came back saying that the leak is not covered because Air Majesty said the cause of evaporator failure is the AC unit is undersized and I will have an $8000 out-of-pocket cost. I made several attempts to reach out to Air Majesty (both phone and email) but did not receive any explanation about how they determined the AC was undersized for the area it is supposed to be cooling. Finally asked AHS for a second opinion, so they sent another company, who also said the evaporator was leaking (that's it) and AHS agreed to cover the full cost.
I have been trying to reach this company for a month to have my system checked for the summer months per my invoice for warranty from when they installed back in January. I haven't been able to make contact with anyone and there voicemail says it's full. This is starting to sound a little fishy.
Jim was a savior when the AC went out. He was very thorough in his diagnostic and gave us multiple options. He explained everything in the best way for us to understand. Went with a new unit for energy efficiency and better cooling on the house (old AC was very outdated). After we got financing set up, he got to work. He had 3 guys come out the next day. Lead tech was Jason. Jason and his crew got everything completed same day! Highly recommend Air Majesty for any of your AC/Heating needs!
I use this company for all of my A/C issues. They've done a full replacement and repairs for me. Great job everytime.
Just got random request to review. 1 star for not knowing who your customers are. Update: Thats right, you were called in by my warranty company. It was a rainy cold week. Going to get down in the 20's and the motor went out on my furnace. Your guy came and said he didn't have the part. I called a professional repair (Country Aire)and they had me fixed before the cold came. But your guy did leave a bunch of mud on my carpets. How about you pay me back for the cleaning?
Great company! Extremely reliable and know exactly what they are doing! They inspected our unit carefully before replacing our unit. They showed us and explain the issue and the process step by step. They took their time with the installation. They were on time & also followed up. Our tech Asiano also had great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I would use any other company after my experience with them!
My A/C was not cooling and Air Majesty was assigned by American Home Shield to do a service call. The technician from Air Majesty quickly found that some caps were loose, which caused leakage of Freon from the system. He loaded 4 lbs of Freon and brought the system back to full operation and it has performed well since. The technician was curious how the caps had become loosened. I didn't remember until later that I had a routine service call to install a thermostat which could be accessed remotely by another company. While one technician worked on the thermostat, another technician did some work outside. The technician reported that I was 1 lb low on Freon and the other technician recommended a total system change out. He gave me a quote. I have a feeling that I was being set up and they may have loosened the caps. Of course, there was no way to prove this. I have great confidence in Air Majesty, but am not assured that American Home Shield would send them for future calls. For work not covered by American Home Shield, I would certainly look to9 Air Majesty.
Great folks would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or install.
They did a good job! Air conditioning units is working great.
Technician came out to look at my unit as part of my warranty and provided a report that caused the warranty company to deny the claim of the repair to pitch me a more costly replacement job. Had another company come out and what the Air Majesty technician said was wrong was completely incorrect. He did not do a good job of evaluating the issue because he was just trying to sell a new unit. Do not use this company.
Subsequent to my initial review, Mr. Antoine was able to resolve my the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate his level of professionalism to resolve an ongoing service dispute.
I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service that I received. I would definitely recommend this company.
I have American Home shield and air majesty was their contractor for my failed a/c unit. They replaced the compressor with a rebuilt unit and I was told they would not warrant the repair. I was then charged $1000. for a different freon because they said it was not compatible. (yet when I called the company that supplied the compressor I was told it was compatible). No, I would not recommend this company.
Great company! I wasn’t just a number! Very professional and turn around time was good. Antione came out to service my home and was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely use them again!!!
