So responsive to any emergencies and very diligent about proactively scheduling service appointments so I don’t have to remember. James been a great tech and is always reasonable about any recommendations for repair/replacement for my system.

He's great at explaining what is going on with your units and how to protect them, he is very knowledgeable and has a great attitude.

The technician, Cole, was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our units and gave us some background information that we did not know concerning our AC units, its age and past work since we bought our house and found the units already installed. The technician made this project effortless for me. Cole had been to the house before and was very familiar with my situation. The installers were on time and ready to get the install started. I scheduled Vincent Heating And Cooling to come and perform a service on a home that was less than six months old. Cole performed the service and was patient and knowledgeable. He pointed out issues that, even though it meets building standards, could be improved to increase the efficiency of the heating and air system. I think he did an exceptional job and look forward to him performing the next service.
Cole and Kim did a great job installing a furnace and AC system . They explained what they were doing as the day continued. After they were through, they went over the paper work with me and showed me how to use the new thermostat. They cleaned up afterwards and took the old equipment away. Both were professional and thorough.
