Supreme A/C was very professional, attentive , explained everything in detail, affordable and honest. Our AC had gone out on Monday afternoon the day before the Fourth of July. The service tech was able to come out that afternoon, which we were so grateful I would recommend this company for service and my future services..
Would recommend to everyone!! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of Houston and we definitely felt the heat. We called Hassan the night before 4th of July - he answered and was able to see us the next day. He was prompt and very professional. He was able to get the job done, informative about what was going on with our unit, and advised us tips regarding maintenance. They are reasonably priced and we didn’t feel like he was trying to upsell us on anything. Again, I would recommend this company to everyone!! We are so pleased with the service that was provided and will definitely be using this company again.
This is THE BEST AC/HEATING company I have EVER came in contact with!! Very informative, understanding, and very trustworthy! The technician was able to get my ac unit running and also did some maintenance on it to keep from future problems that he saw coming along because of previous mistakes from other "big name ac companies "!!! My family and I are very very grateful to be treated like humans needing honest service and not a upsale opportunity!!!
Best service to get your AC functioning at its best. Courteous, professional, explains as he goes to help you understand what could possibly be wrong as he locates the problem. Reasonable pricing and every review I've read is 5 stars.
I was having an issue with my HVAC drain! Hasan did a great job and was very professional & courteous!! Definitely recommend using him, I am going to sign up for an AMC with him.
