Q is a knowledgeable young man that was dispatched to my home from village plumbing to give me an estimate on repiping and leak repairs. Definitely recommend the company’s service. Very friendly, tidy and reliable.
Everyone is extremely nice but I can’t help but feel I just got majorly ripped off! Paid $100 to become a “member” and scheduled my first AC tune up. Scheduled for July 3rd not bad. I get a text from them the day of that they were at capacity and needed to reschedule. They couldn’t fit me back in till August. Called back and said need it sooner since it wasn’t cooling well. Got an appointment next day. What?well Great! Nice Tech came out did the routine tune up I originally asked for. Said I just have an old house, it’s really hot and unit was running good. Recommended I change out the capacitor. Ok! Ended up with a whopping $878 bill!! WTH?! I’m not even sure how that happened! My advice….RUN!!
Skylar came our and did a great job explaining our ac problems. We will definitely use Village Plumbing and Air again!

From the moment I called in to the moment the tech left I felt like I was getting the best service. Doug Shemel took my call and set up an appointment. They called twice to tell me the tech was assigned and then that they were on the way. Dino was very informative and had many problem solving techniques. He took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Village for all your plumbing and air needs!

I had a hard time communicating with Jaxier, he wasnt professional in my opinion, I work at Hilton and Hyatt so I believe thats important.
The plumber, Quindarin, was professional, truly interested in finding the problem, and willing to explain it all to me. He was polite, efficient, and competent. I really appreciated it.

I needed confirmation of a sewer line leak and then a repair that required tunneling under the foundation. Kendrick performed a camera inspection at no charge and located the leak, Scott explained my options and the work to be done, David arranged the scheduling, a digging crew excavated the site (Mon-Tues), Edwin did the required plumbing repair (Thur) and the digging crew backfilled the area (Sat). Service was prompt, reliable, and professional, the price competitive, and they explained the process in detail and answered all my questions - that was very important to me. It was an expensive and complex project but the price was reasonable given the extent of tunneling required.
Dino was very helpful gave me a lot of information and very polite and professional. I was very happy with the service.
Harley came out quoted the job,obtained the parts and completed the job in a timely manner. He even took the time to make our dog feel comfortable. We will definitely use Harrley and Village Plumbers for future jobs.
I am happy with Village Plumbing & Air. They responded to my request when I needed it. My HVAC stopped working and I was dealing with 91 F inside my home. They responded to my urgent request. The technician Abdalla was very professional and helpful. He was able to to get my HVAC working again. Thank you
Bob did a great job. Just the A/C was repaired in the first opportunity w/o mistakes. GREAT. I asked him diff questions and he responded nice and precise. I will recommend Bob and his partners which I previously met to the public.
Skylar came by and checked our HVAC system, he was very friendly and thorough. Vinesh arrived the next day to install our new evaporator coil and was very polite and professional.
