Amazing service! Jake was professional, quick and had integrity. Hope I don’t need them again anytime soon, but would recommend to anyone wanting quality service at affordable prices.
We are so thrilled with our service from Jason and Uni-Serve! He was so professional and knowledgeable and completely honest about our issue and got it fixed right away on a Saturday night at 6:30pm. Just wow. Amazing service and dedication to customer service. I don’t normally write reviews but we were so impressed.
Others have said it, but it bears repeating, this company really does care about its customers. Straight talk, high-touch service and they do a great job. Jason and his entire crew were very accommodating, working around several special needs that we had on our job to replace both units, and in the middle of the worst "heat dome" ever. I can't thank them enough for their help in getting this job done quickly and with great results!

My home’s HVAC system is 13 years old and Jason and Jake have helped maintain the system alive. They haven’t forced me to get it replaced. I have grown to trust them and always give them a call when needing help with my HVAC system.

Ran maintenance on my AC system and installed a media filter cabinet for improved air quality in my home. These guys did not want to take short cuts. They are honest, cared about doing things right, and ensuring I was satisfied with their service. Highly recommend them.
Replaced both of our HVAC units. Uni-Serve did an outstanding job from start to finish! Jason made sure I understood the quote, type of system(s) and other options. Home was left just as they found it after removal of old units and installation on new ones. If you want folks that genuinely care give them a call.
Jake went above and beyond on a tune up for my AC. Throughly walked me through the issues with his equipment . Highly recommend, will continue utilizing services for the long run .
Uni-Serve Air Conditioning replaced both of our AC systems with two new American Standard variable speed systems. They adjusted the system sizes and ductwork so that we could have the systems zoned how we wanted them to be. They also added an additional return air duct to improve airflow in one of the bedrooms. The installs were smooth and the team really focused on details like the drain lines and duct routings so that we still have good storage space in our attic. We highly recommend Uni-Serve Air Conditioning!
We are so pleased of Uni-Serve Air Conditioning, they saved our life during last summer when our "brand new" A/C got broken. They gave us an excellent alternative to use a portable A/C unit, while the contractor was working on the issue, that helped us a lot. This company does really care about their customers. My 30 plus year old air conditioning couldnt cool my house and ran 24/7 so cost a fortune on bills. My furnace was condemned and rusted out so unusable. I spoke with jason at uni-serve and talked through what was the best options for replacing my system. I was offered a very competitive and affordable package for my 2 storey house. I had a total tear out and re-installation done in a day by a very efficient team working seamlessly with no leftover mess. Now looking forward to saving a bunch on my power bills and its nice to have heating again.
Over the course of time I have used Uni-Serve's services for maintaining my HVAC system, associated repairs, and recently got a new AC installed. They did not rush me into getting a new AC unit. Jason helped me get an extra summer out of my old unit and I was able to plan ahead for my AC replacement than being rushed into it. They are on time, provide great value on pricing, and service is excellent.
Uni-Serve Air Conditioning has maintained our AC system and installed a Respicaire UVC air purifier for our home. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Uni-Serve Air Conditioning!
