There was a leak in the air conditioning in my office that was getting some things wet, so I looked for an emergency service, luckily Turbo was here in Houston and they were able to send me a local technician near me who fixed it. 😎
Due to late night, I couldn't find the right pipe and staff to solve my pipe problem, but Turbo came to my rescue with their copper pipe replacement service and 24-hour service. I had an optimal solution.

I needed an emergency plumber near me, I had a broken sink and there was water everywhere, I called turbo and they came immediately to fix everything very quickly, I can say that they are the best plumbers in Houston for their incredible attention!
Last night I had an emergency at home, when I connected my PC charger it short circuited, I called turbo home and they quickly came to solve the problem, they are the best in Houston, they always get me out of trouble.

Jay came out yesterday to diagnose the issue in my house, which was a leak from my HVAC unit that my own builders HVAC company couldn’t figure out. Both Jay and Jesus came together promptly to install the bypass damper duct for me. They have been very professional and educational. Explained why certain things needed to be done. Great experience with them and they came out on a holiday when most other companies were closed.
Jay did an excellent job, he went above and beyond. Very happy!
Hopefully he will be able to get our plumbing problems solved.

My AC unit was old and needed to get a new unit, I have been speaking with Christian from Turbo AC, he was a great person to talk to and very professional, he answer all the questions I had about a new unit. They installed a new AC unit in my house and the crew was very quick and very responsive to their job, this guys know what there doing. Great job guys. Thank you Christian for all you did and thank you Turbo. I definitely recommend Turbo to anyone.
I have to say I am highly impressed with this company overall and in particular with my technician Jay. Professional, polite and prompt, from the ladies in the office to the technicians...they sent someone out within hours of my call in triple digit heat. The first tech wasn't able to repair my AC that night, but he worked on it until 10:30 pm trying to get it up and running. Jay came out at 11 am the next morning, found the problem, had to make a run to the hardware store and still had it up and running in under 2 hours. Honestly, if I was able to give their company10 stars, I would.
Ricky was here the same day we called and assessed our 16 year old A/C system as dead. He quoted a (currently) fair price to replace the entire system with commercial quality components - Outside unit, new coil, new furnace. He then scheduled our install for THE NEXT DAY (Saturday) at a 9am-11am window. Javier and Vladimir showed up at 8am, ready to beat the heat and get the job done. They left at 2:30pm. They were friendly, open, fast, clean, and thorough. They build a new plenum on site (the old unit didn't even have one), added dampers, and in general customized the installation for our house and made it far better than the builder installation we had. In short, we didn't want to have to spend the money, but the guys at Turbo made the rest of the process not only painless, but enjoyable. First class service and response. They will be my go to for any future A/C or plumbing calls!
Jesus installed my replacement smart thermostats quickly (and flawlessly) and took the time to walk me through how to operate the system and the app. He also answered all my other A/C questions not related to the job. He really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond to make sure he has a completely satisfied customer. Highly recommend Turbo and Jesus in particular. Have been a customer for years and will continue to use Turbo for all my HVAC (and plumbing and electrical) needs.
They were very professional and courteous and were on time. They explained everything to us thoroughly and repaired the issues.
My AC went out in June, and if you've been in Houston for any summer you know it gets hot in June. I called all around when my ac went out and Turbo was the only one that could do a same day service call. Well it was more than a service call needed as my HVAC was 18 years old! That next day a new unit was installed. Then on Sunday a frw adjustments were needed and Christian (lead tech) came out; on a Sunday! If you need help right away don't waste calling around!

The starter for the compressor went out last night and I called Turbo Home Services at 5:30am this morning and Michael was here by 10am and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was easy to talk to and was very quick in identifying and resolving the issue. Michael communicated the issues and he was able to get the AC back up and running as it should in about 30-45 minutes which was great! This is a really hot weekend in Houston so I am very happy that we have AC. Thanks Michael and Turbo!
