Do NOT call on them for services. They came out because our home warranty weren’t able to find anyone in time. They came out timely but did nothing to fix our AC. All he did was speak to us about purchasing a new AC. We explained to him how we hav warranty and would like to use it since we’ve been paying for it. Whether warranty paid for a temporary fix or replaced the whole system, we want to continue with them but just needed them to talk to our home warranty. It has been a week and we’ve been given the run around. One minute Jesus tells us warranty wants too much then he tells me he’ll call warranty at the end of business. That was Thursday and I have yet to hear from him. I call the office and they just ramble about warranty wanting too much and trying to contribute to get us to skip warranty and just finance system. I’m so disappointed that they chose the money over humanity. At this point I’m charging it to the game and just warning others to not make the mistake we made.
We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday with time frame of 8-11 am. The appt was for maintenence, not repairs. They texted early that morning to ask about which units we had, we responded. Later around 10 am They called and asked if we had power becuase half the city was out and if we needed repairs. We stated, no repairs needed and we have power. At noon, an hour after our time frame, they called saying they aren't coming becuase of other repairs jobs. I understand higher paying repair jobs taking precedence, I just wish they had been able to communicate in a more timely manner. They wanted to reschedule for Monday but no way I can waste another half day on the chance they might arrive.
Ths company is dishonest! they tried to trick me putting a used PV valve part in my water heater, so they said i needed a brand new heater. i called another company that replaced the used part that they utilized and solved the problem. i contacted them (manager Shaun) asking to refund my money and nothing was done. Responding: Yes you can do something: GIVE MY MONEY BACK as my wife asked you last friday. This is a Scam!!
These people will lie to you and steal your money. They will over promise and then never show up. They will cheat she lie and are criminals!

I couldn’t afford to get my all of my AC system fix. But, Reggie explained everything to me and suggested to me to get one thing done at a time. I got my AC cleaned and it was dirty. I’m very thankful for his work.

Reggie did a service check and he was very polite and thoroughly explained to me what he was doing and looking for. he’s definitely a professional in this field. I’ve had Turbo out often and each employee is very respectful and quick response on arriving and staying late until job is completed.

First time using Turbo.. Very impressed with Robert Young, he was our technician. Very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful young man. Excellent customer service as well.
My AC unit stopped cooling so I called them for an after hours call. I was charged $49.00 at the time of the call due to the time of day. I had to have a capacitor replaced and I was charged $450 for a part that cost $18 - $25 dollars for not even an hour hour worth of labor. Per the receipt it shows the capacitor cost $450 for this part. Now I am no HVAC tech but this should be against the law. The service call of $49 dollars was applied towards the $450 still way too much money.
Robert repaired our A/C. The service advertised was delivered exactly as it was represented on the advertisement. This is not only refreshing, but also highly ethical, and we really appreciate this way of business'. Robert was outstanding, polite, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.
Rigo came out and did a great job on our ac unit and got it going. Offered additional advice to get the unit in working order. Would recommend their services.
