TL Techs A/C delivers great value and tries to save you money. Last fall, when my heater wasn't working, Tony of TL Techs A/C asked me to turn off my HVAC for 5 minutes before switching into heat-mode. His advice over the phone saved me from paying for a service call. TL Techs A/C is versatile and offers multiple solution options. This summer, my A/C unit stopped working. Tony gave me a choice of replacing the HVAC system or replacing the A/C components only. He also gave me a choice of a regular Carrier HVAC system or a high-efficiency Trane HVAC system. I appreciated his presentation of different choices. I chose the high-efficiency Trane HVAC system, which was installed the very next day. I have never stayed so comfortable during a Houston summer!
Worst customer service
Very good and professional services company. They have quality check (by another staff) after the unit was installed. Their customer service (after sales) makes them distinguished from others, whereas their price is reasonable (i compared to 5 offers). Highly recommended.
The tl tech team was able to replace my AC within 2 days, while every other AC repair companies put me on their waitlist. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Thanks TL tech.
AC was down late in the afternoon and Tony was able to find the time to come out quickly. He diagnosed the problem accurately, blown motor and Freon leak, and he had it replaced and working super quick. Wife and baby happy. HONEST and fair pricing after comparing to 3 other companies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Every now and then you find a person with that special combination of ability, integrity, and professionalism you wish everyone had. Tony Doan is that person. We’ve only had our house for 5 years, but for some reason something is always going wrong. After several other repair services failed to fix our AC, we found Tony. Not only did he quickly fix the problem, he explained things in an intelligible manner and charged a fair price. Since then, we have had he and his team at TL Techs back to address our plumbing and wifi issues. The guy is brilliant. There’s literally nothing he can’t fix. He and his team have been polite, professional, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, trustworthy. I have referred him to my friends. We are going to have him upgrade our home security system. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. It’s such a relief to know that when something goes wrong, we’ve got someone like Tony who’s got our backs.
This team was outstanding!! Quick response and worked hard until the jobs were completed! They were all very professional in every aspect. Took time to explain what they were doing if I had questions. Once work was done showed and explained everything that was done and took the time to answer follow up questions! Awesome company and will use again for any future work needed!!

We had a new AC installed after our current AC became too outdated and had lost its ability to cool down the house appropriately. Since it's been a difficult year for my family, we needed to find a reputable company that can provide us with a competitive quote and perform a thorough job with the installation. We went without AC for 2 weeks during the summer months and made sure to do our research and called around for estimates. My family reached out to TL Techs and we were able to secure one of the most affordable quotes to replace our 4 ton AC and was able to schedule the installation through text. The technicians who came out were extremely hard working and respectful to our home and made sure to clean up after finishing their work. They worked for 9 hours and finished the same day for us so we can have AC that day! Tony came out the next day to take a look at their work and made sure things were done properly. We're extremely happy with their services and will be calling them back often for any other work needed on our home!

TL Techs installed a new A/C unit for me, Tony is very professional, he explained and gave me advise to what brand to choose and gave me a very reasonable price. They came to install in one day as scheduled (wearing mask), prepared the floor and cleaned up the job site after they finished. I am very please with the job they did and will call on them with other works.
I would like to share my own recent experiences associated with TL Techs A/C regarding the replacement of my home complete A/C 5-ton Carrier unit. My background is Electrical/Instrumentation and Controls engineering and my daily work involved review/evaluation/inspection/witness functional test of all electrical and control systems for Oil/Gas industries equipment. Being said that, to earn my complete respects and trust of the quality of material, correct installation, etc. is not easy. Understanding of the good material/reliable A/C unit including correct INSTALLATION, to ensure the whole system will work and last longer per design intent. Observation of the TL Techs A/C installation team, especially of the team leader, to coordinate/remove/install the A/C unit at my home, has totally earned my respects, from every work details of outdoor condenser unit, indoor evaporator coil, furnace/heater and duct work, is topnotch. Every team member knows how to do their job correctly and efficiently and to share their observation with home owner. Their team went above and beyond to complete the work to my satisfaction with follow-up phone call. The end results meet and exceed my expectation in every aspects of the installation. I highly recommended the TL Techs A/C team for any future A/C works. Very professional work, honest people to work and earn their living in such a hot attic environment in Texas. Happy home owner, very nice/pleasant to know the TL Techs A/C team.

They installed a new tankless hot water heater and did a fantastic job. They were fast and die a quality job. They can do anything and I will use them as my plumber, ac guys from now on. The price was fantastic. I cannot praise these guys enough.
I'm very satisfied with Tony and this company. I had 40 breaks in my water pipes....Tony came out on a Sunday and worked until 2am.....unbelievable hard worker. The work is done right and the cost was very low. I will definitely use his services again!
