This people has 5 stars for a reason I called two companies for my refrigerator repair non of them show up but the temperature company showed up next day solve my problem. Please call them you want disappointed. Nice people and Excellent service.
Mr. Travis was able to quickly attend to our call for an inspection of our home A/C system in which we suspected that we had a black mold problem. His professionalism, attention to detail and guidance on the next steps for us to take was invaluable. My wife and I would recommend him as the first person/company to contact if you are in need of any A/C service, maintenance or inspections.
I experienced a serious problem with both of my A/C units and was met with immediate,courteous, knowledgeable and fully equipped service technician who took the time to diagnose my problems, fully explain my situation and immediately executed the repairs necessary with shocking positive results !!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will never consider another service company again !!

I had an issue with uneven air flow at my home. The tech quickly redistributed the air flow the make it even and also found a leak in my second unit. I have since noticed a 10pct reduction in my electricity bill and The Temperature Company now services my business and my home.
Needed an Urgent Repair. Tech came out as schedule. Problem was fixed. Walk in Cooler is still working good. It been couple of weeks.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I called early in the morning and The Temperature Company was able to come out in 2 hours and have our AC working in an hour! Marlon was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If we need anymore repairs, we will definitely give them a call.
Marlon has rescued me from my AC twice in the last two years. As a first floor condo owner who shares a AC condensate drain line with an upstairs unit, I have had water seep through my floor from a clogged line. Marlon has provided quick responses the same day I called for help. He has been professional, communicated the problem so I understood it, and made recommendations for preventing this problem (unfortunately it involves the HOA, so that may take a while). The price was very reasonable for emergency service. I plan to schedule regular service with The Temperature Company. Thank you, Marlon!
I had 8 deferents estimates from several companies, The Temperature Company not only gave me the best price, but also the best service, product and knowledge. Mr. Travis is the best to work with, this has been the best deal the I have made for my home, ask for Mr. Travis he will go beyond his abilities to accommodate you and give you what you need and also want for your A/C. Great service! We didn't have an appointment, unexpected commercial freezer issues the day after Thanksgiving. The technician arrived within an hour and clearly communicated to us what the issues were. Agreed to come back Monday so we could clear out our freezer. Arrived Monday morning as promised and was able to diagnose the problem within an hour. Once again we had clear communications on the timing of anticipated parts needed and the quote to repair. Again the they followed through with what was communicated to us.
Previously I had a negative experience, but the manager called me after after I talked with the office and completely reversed my opinion about the Temperature Company. There was some basic miscommunication that was cleared up and a very knowledgeable technician was sent promptly to my house, on a Friday night, only a couple of hours after my call! They were really motivated to fix my AC and even gave me a discount for the miscommunication and made my experience with Temperature Company and awesome one. Business is complicated and issues occur but the super professional and accountable Temperature Company called and corrected the miscommunication and apologised for the difficulty. Now I hope that their company grows and I am able to patron them on a permanent basis. The Temperature Company really cares about customer relations and satisfaction.
