Technician was patient and took all the time needed to figure out the settings issues on our unit so it would cool correctly.
The technician “Hicham” showed up at my house and was very courteous and professional. He showed up on time and fixed my thermostat. He ended up having to come back twice, but i very much appreciate that I was only charged once at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend.
Hicham performed a thorough and extensive maintenance check on my ductless minisplit. He took the time to clean the air handler fan in the bedroom which is no small job. I was not charged for this scheduled maintenance which I appreciate. I would certainly ask for him again. THANK YOU!

I have used Lee Thompson & Co for awhile and they do excellent work. Terrence Johnson was the technician on the call. This is the third time I have worked with Terrence and he was prompt and got the unit up and running. I would recommend him and Lee Thompson &Co.

Tech showed more knowledge of our AC unit and thermostat than any other tech I have ever met
Lee Thompson installed my new AC/heater unit. I cannot express how impressed I was with their service. Joe Salazar and Rob Cortez were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently and very meticulously to make sure that everything was precisely replaced and correct. They were friendly and knowledgeable, they stopped to explain everything they were doing during the entire process. They answered any questions I had during the install, they removed all the old equipment and cleaned up everything when they were finished. It was an extremely hot day (99-100 degrees) but they did not rush, they made sure everything was done right. They are top notch installers/technicians! You can tell that they respect each other and take pride in what they do! I highly recommend them!

I called Saturday and this morning at 8:30 the tech was here, found a failed capacitor, got one from his truck, and was done in 30 minutes. Given our upcoming 100° temperatures this week, Lee Thompson is a godsend.

My unit worked great during the winter but when it came time to use the A/C, a problem. Quote” there is a restriction” wouldn’t switch to a/c. Now after spending over $1500.00, the problem is still there. Won’t switch back to heat. Bottom line they didn’t fix the problem but sure did ring up a nice bill.

Yearly service check on the AC system, check coolant and clean coils. Installed missing ball valve on the drain line and cleaned out the drain line.
Lee Thompson always does what it can to get a service person out the same day. Hicham Zoummad came for service. He explained situation and what needed to be done. He kept me up to date during service. After repairing he told me how to avoid the problem in the future.
