Showup on time ..Well was disappointed a 69 dollar fee to diagnose turned into over 400 to change out a capacitor and not have a running unit still..took 30 min...UPDATE ..salesman called back when I explained it was not good work for cost he said they would refund 400 if I replaced whole system..then abruptly said he would call me back after whispers in backgound..no call back yet...call another company and Turns out the chill bro tech..pulled breaker which made condenser not come on..which I caught him in the middle of doing but he said I pulled it so nobody would accidently turn on..but said it didn't work motor was burnt..it kicked on when new company replaced in box..added freon and house is cool..IF YOU ARE ELDERLY ..FEMALE ..MINORITY ANYONE LKN FOR HONEST WORK DONT USE CHILL BROS...DONT ACCEPT THE SALES CALL..ITS LIKE THE TRAVELING ROOF REPAIR SCAMMERS..RUN!!!

After many years, our A/C system quit working. I didn’t know who to turn to, and I went with The Chill Brothers. Michael, from The Chill Brothers came out and met with my husband and myself to go over everything, installation and price. The A/C system was installed, with no problems. Our A/C system is wonderful, we love being nice and cool, as well as nice and warm. I highly recommend The Chill Brothers, only if you want great service and an amazing A/C system. I was introduced to Chill Bros via a rep in our neighborhood. We scheduled a visit, and Michael Stewart stopped by, gave us an entire rundown of all our options and helped us every step of the way. The price for our system was superb compared to the other quotes we got for a lesser system. The three techs that came onsite to do the actual installation were professional and polite. Cleaned up after themselves and made sure to give us a rundown of the system and filter size before leaving. Super pleased with everything, and with the extended warranty and PM plan, we have complete peace of mind.

Mt salesman was Michael. Friendly and competent. He explained the pros and cons of the different system types to my satisfaction. The installation went smoothly and were done in one day. A couple of days later, the followup guy came and inspected the installation. I am quite happy I chose these guys.
I was totally pleased at the in-home consultation which Michael provided as well as the follow up calls. Every question and detail was addressed.
Michael was very helpful with possible financing for the Heating/AC units installed. He aided in the scheduling and finalized the pricing. All went smoothly on a rainly, humid, hot day in Texas. Thank you for all your help!

The installation and information about the product was great. The scheduling to get the work completed could use more attention to fixing, was pretty bad.
Chill Brothers replaced my AC units. They provided a quality system with great service. They weren’t the cheapest but like I told Michael during the bidding phase, I was looking for value and service. I haven’t been disappointed.
Found them at Home Depot. Set up appointment for consultation and they worked around my schedule. Michael Stewart came out and did a space measurement and explained everything in detail. Very personable guy. Worked out the financials to exactly the way I wanted and could fit in our budget. He spent a couple hours with us and made sure we got what we needed and what we could afford. When I called back and needed questions answered he answered on the second ring and knew who I was and answered everything thing I needed and fix a couple issue that I forgot to address initially. Installation day came and they were awesome. 6 hours total time for 2 HVAC systems and I cannot even tell they were here except for the fact it is much cooler in our home. Lennox units inside and out and so quiet. So far impeccable sales, installation and instructions on how it all works.
