Mr Hussain was always on and was very professional. He and his crew did an excellent job replacing g my AC condenser unit and coil, plus they were respectful of my house and they took the old unit with them when complete.
Hussein was punctual, very professional, and thorough with his assessment of another company's lack of an AC tune up on my units. He explained everything in laymen's terms and how he knew they hadn't touched a thing. I'm glad I found someone with honesty and integrity. I'll definitely be a loyal customer for life.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. The staff were just here exactly at the time they promised, and they were very professional and courteous. Very polite and knowledgeable technicians. they are honest, reliable and really GOOD at delivering EASY AC very helpful and completed the work quickly, price very good when they send me the quote I accepted without Haggle or negotiation they will not price you any crazy dollar amount like the most of AC companies in market, the most amazing thing about these people they keep teaching you during their visit about the AC system even without question usually no body want to tech nothing, strongly I recommend this company just call them don’t hastate.

Hussein and his team, Henry and Jose, provided excellent service throughout the whole process. After learning that my evaporator coil and plenum needed to be replaced, I was on the lookout for the right company for the job and I decided to go with Texas Eagle due to Hussein's responsiveness and thoroughness in helping his customers understand the problem and options to fix the problem. They were also careful to keep the entire area clean, which I appreciate. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Update to a previous post. These guys are extremely dependable and really stand behind their work. The Owner was out that same day (Friday). The diagnosis, our 17-year-old unit had finally met its maker. The job required a brand-new unit which he was able to provide at an excellent, low margin cost that was installed the very next day (Saturday). It was only one night without AC but he dropped off a portable unit so our family could sleep comfortably. The service you get with an employee/veteran owned company will always surpass that of one of the many “corporate” outfits around Houston.
I wish I can give more than 5 stars with no doubt to the greatest HVAC company. I had issue with my AC is not cooling I called two companies prior calling Texas Eagle and both of them said I have to spend over 3K to fixe it. Then I called Texas Eagle they sent technician Hussein he showed up on time and he explained to me what’s the problem and he said I can fix it for you today and the cost will be 450 dollars. I was like no way but yes he did it and he educated me about my system. I highly recommend them and for sure I will use them in future.
Very professional and honest. It's hard to find a honest person nowadays. Rest assured, he is a honest man and will not take advantage of you. Prices are fair and the quality of work is amazing.
