Figured I just needed some simple air duct cleaning and it turns out there were other problems. The technician walked me through the entire process, identified the issues, made some recommendations, then based on the information provided, I made a few decisions. When all was said and done, I am so pleased with the service and know who to recommend to friends and family. This was one of the most professional experiences when dealing with a cleaning service company. Highly recommend.

I noticed our air vents were extremely dirty, so I called for a quote. Take Air came out and were extremely professional. They were willing to work with us for a fair price, and they did an amazing job. There were definitely no corners cut! Our vents and ducts are super clean, and I have peace of mind that there is no mildew/mold in our vents or air ducts. The air already smells cleaner. The willingness to work with us, the friendliness of the team, and the hard work they did has ensured that we will be customers for life! Thank you to the Take Air team for clean air!
NOTE: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I am in the process of reporting them to all outlets and getting an attorney. Buyer Beware. They also scammed my poor neighbor, she can tell her own story. In a nutshell, I was a victim of a bait and switch job. They even used pictures of other customers HVAC units and tried to pass it off as mine. My primary drain was cut and rerouted to a gutter during a renovation by the previous owner. The primary was not working properly which lead to the drip pan to be full of rusty water and for the secondary drain to kick in and pour acidic water on the side of my house. The condensate pump was also not effective. All of this was confirmed by TakeAir during their visit. I hired TakeAir (Nick) to remediate this issue which involved them to reroute the primary HVAC pipe into the bathroom sink and to perform routine AC maintenance NOT duct cleaning. They confirmed that they could do this work. When they arrived, they stated that they would need to clean the air ducts first and then reroute the pipes and perform the maintenance. Long story but they pretended to do the work and told me that my secondary drain would keep draining for a few more days and to not be worried. They said that they also fixed the pump and tested the AC unit. Days later, the HVAC keeps leaking and it is getting worse. I paid them 3.5k and the pipe was not rerouted and reconnected. Nor did they do maintenance. Now, they are saying that I paid 3.5k for air duct cleaning which I did not. My air ducts weren't even dirty. Air duct cleaning only costs 200. I hired them to fix the primary drain issues which they didn't. I had two HVAC techs come out since this and they have confirmed the work was not performed. Both have quoted me 1-2k to fix this issue not 3.5k. I found a licensed plumber though my home warranty who can fix for less than this. The owner is refusing to give me my money back even though they did not fix the primary pipe issue nor perform AC maintena
They installed new ducts in my home. For the one in my living room ceiling they pushed too hard so the vent is not flush with the ceiling along with cracking some of the ceiling drywall. Instead of fixing the issue, they caulked around the vent and have done nothing with ceiling. I’ve now had them come back out twice and after them coming out today today this what my living room ceiling looks like.
My house was a little out of the way, and I had an odd circumstance, but I was treated incredibly well and every concern I had was perfectly taken care of. I previously called four other places who couldn't help, so Take Care doing so well for me speaks volumes about how great they are. I'm very thankful
Sketchy business. They just came to clean our air ducts since I received the coupon in the mail. They said they are from Air Flo and Air Flo bought the company. They said we have mildew and said we need to pay $400 to get this fixed asap.
From the moment I called i felt this is the place i needed to use for my hvac and duct cleaning! Emily was super informative and patient with me! I was very nervous because we just moved to a different house and saw mildew in my vents! Shaul our estimator came and explained every detail and reassured everything will be cleaned and disinfected. He is amazing! Then the crew came and spent ALL day cleaning our system. Highly recommend!!
Quick response, really laid out peer options and pricing, and helped to coordinate to get someone to do dry wall as well. There was some problem with airflow but they came back next day and immediately fixed it. Much preferred over big companies we’ve used in past
TakeAir Houston came to our home to clean our AC vents. After inspection they found we had a mold infestation in all out AC vents and AC unit. Avi gave us a number of photo's to review and told us what it would take to kill the mold and what would be needed to clean the full system once the mold was eliminated. Avi also showed us photo's and videos of our insulation which was contaminated and also missing in quite a few areas of our loft. He then told us what was need to clean out the old insulation, clean the loft and blow 13" of R38 insulation back in. When the guys turned up to do the work they were very respectable of our home and it's contents. They covered everything up and got on with their work. Once everything was completed they showed us the before and after photos and also gave us a video of the loft area showing us the new insulation. All in all they did a wonderful job, quickly, quietly and without any issues whatsoever. They whole team were great and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend TakeAir Houston for any mold, cleaning or insulation work you may have at your home
Take Air are our go-to company for A/C maintenance. They’ve done several jobs for us including installation of completely new ducts & attic insulation. This time we had them over to give a clean as we’d had work done on the house & a lot of rubble dust was created. They were quick, efficient & prompt, plus their pricing is fair & very competitive.
Take Air replaced all of my HVAC ductwork. They arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. A totally professional quality job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Israel did a wonderful job on cleaning my air ducts! I would recommend this company for future prospective customers. There was a mistake on the check and more was taken than it should of. I was not able to contact them through the phone, but they responded fairly quickly through google! They gave back some of our money. Thank you so much. A very professional company.
Hired them to clean and remove mold from our AC duct work. The job was thorough and a reasonable price. Good company to deal with.
My wife and I had a couple home renovations and Alex from Take Air came out this afternoon to clean our air ducts. Because of all of the construction, I wanted to get all the dust out of our ducts. Alex and his colleague started with an inspection and came to us several moments later with pictures to show. I was shocked to find out I had bacteria in my unit. They explained everything thoroughly and could tell they have been doing this for awhile. I was happy with the service and couldn't believe how my vents and the ducts looked after the cleaning, brand new! Thank you guys for the professional job and great customer service. Israel and his men were quick and efficient. Attached are before and after pictures of a black mold problem (pictures are of 2 different vents). They gave a really good price compared to other companies. 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing service! We worked with Avi and his team to have the vents and ducts cleaned in our newly renovated home. Avi was professional and provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. They cleaned all of our vents within a few hours which we found to have fungus since the previous owners never had them cleaned. They also installed a UV light as a preventative measure. Additionally, we also had Take-Air remove our old attic insulation and add new 13 inches of blow in insulation to bring our home up to code. We worked with Francisco for this project and he was also very professional. The attic looks amazing now since their team also removed all the old junk and debris that was left by the previous owners. Overall, we highly recommend working with Take-Air and requesting Avi if he's available!

I am so glad I used Takeair! In early January I had a regular air duct cleaning as well as installing new insulation in my attic and that saved me during the recent freeze. Making the decision to insulate could have possibly saved me thousands of dollars from burst water pipes. The team was very professional and took care in my home. Overall a great service and knowledgeable in their field. Would highly recommend!
