If it's anything A/C related, this is the place to call. Trust. Josue (Josh) came out to my home while under renovation and took down information like the insulation used, cardinal direction my windows were facing, etc to give me the best, most efficient and cost friendly system. Adan (Adam) came in quick and installed it easily, no sweat. Had an issue a couple weeks after install because I didn't have it on while finishing my reno. He came out next day and knocked it out. Months later, my system is keeping my entire home cool during these hot days. These brothers are the ones you want to call. They get the job done and are incredibly nice, good people. Once you give them your business, you won't have to search for anyone else. 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of using their services to replace my air conditioning unit, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work and their customer service. I called Strong Tower to see what my heater wasn’t working and they came right away to take a look. My system was over 30 years in use so I had to update it, but thankfully Josue “the owner” explained all the options I had to choose from. I never felt forced to pick anything but I was encouraged to pick my best option. I did and the team came and installed everything for me. My family and I can enjoy a warm Thanksgiving and we are happy to have picked Strong Tower to help us! I’m happy to give them 5 stars!!
Adam has been helpful and one of the most experienced AC Techs that I've ever worked with. He needs a Raise but I'm going to give him a tip until I find out that he got a Raise. This AC Company is good with the repair cost. And I'm smiling because I'm not hot anymore.
The techs are always nice and helpful. Adan is always explains what is wrong or what is needed in words I can understand instead of big words that sound like it'll cost a lot of money.
The contractor was over an hour late did not communicate well at all he didnt even fix the promble. The ducts need to be cleaned he said they dont clean they replace but he wrote a totally diffrent comment on the service repair bill he wrote air filter newss replace then said it was fix lies my home warranty company uses them but please dont waste your time

This is the only company who I'll let work on my HVAC system. Adam has kept my AC running for years, and he once again had to come out today and replace another part. He genuinely cares and is super professional. StrongTower prices are about half of other companies that have been out to my house, and they always try to get to you quick. I can't recommend them enough

We had a cancer patient at home when the furnace stopped running at all..I had 2 technician before Josh. First one quickly diagnosed "bad control board" which was not true and wanted to take it out to get new one. what ?? the board has product # so it looked suspicious. Second technician was inexperienced, he said something internal was shorting so he recommended to replace whole system.. This was a complicated case and Josh spent 2 hours just to find out what was causing the shorting and it was a small part, time delay device, in compressor unit. Very honest and hard working guy. I will be calling him for all a/c furnace issues.
On a Friday afternoon in August, my AC was out. I had a company come look at it and they said it needed a new control board but they didn't have any available. I searched the web for the part and Strong Tower A/C and Heating came up. I called them at about 4pm on Friday afternoon and explained the situation. They offered to call around to see if anyone had the part in stock. Shortly afterward, they called me back with news that they had found the part and they could go pick it up and install it for me that same afternoon! And that's what they did! They were very friendly and professional and provided excellent service, and they saved me from a weekend of suffering in the heat.

I have been using this company for about 4 years and they are always honest and they always try to schedule you in asap. Josh and Adam are wonderful techs, they both solve the problems quickly and honestly. The prices are fair.
