My only regret was that I didn't call them first! Stafford has smart technicians who know how to do a proper diagnosis get the job done right for a fair price.

Stafford Air was amazing! Our a/c wasn't cooling so we figured it was due to a freon leak. We submitted a request online for an appointment (they were highly recommended on NextDoor) and within minutes, they called and let me know someone would be at the house that afternoon. An hour later, they called back to say someone could be there in 5 minutes. Dusty listened to the issue and started checking the unit. He confirmed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He explained everything very well and the total cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again!
I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Stafford Air of Bellaire and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional and their expertise was evident in every aspect of the job. Firstly, their customer service was top-notch. The team was friendly, professional, and always available to answer any questions I had. They were also incredibly efficient, arriving on time and completing the job in a timely manner. The quality of their work was outstanding. They took the time to thoroughly assess my AC system and provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. They were also very transparent about pricing and provided me with a fair and competitive quote. The installation process was seamless and the team was very respectful of my home. They left the work area clean and tidy, and even took the time to walk me through how to use my new system. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Stafford Air of Bellaire. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the end result. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC services and will definitely be using them again in the future. 5 stars all around!
Bought a house last fall that needed a completely new HVAC system before moving in. I called Stafford Air for a quote and Dusty showed up within an hour to give me an estimate. His quote came in lower than the other two companies I spoke to, and noticed several problems with old ductwork that none of the others could figure out. His quote also included a larger tonnage system with a higher SEER efficiency rating than the others and it was still less expensive. The crew showed up two days later and got it all installed in a day. The new unit required an additional air return and they added one without uncharging even though they had the opportunity. I have had them back twice in the past 6 months to address other issues (not with their work, but with the ducting and infrastructure of my 80 year old house) and both times Dusty responded immediately and the work was done quickly. Again they had opportunities to charge me more than they did and chose not to. To me this is the mark of an honest contractor. I have dealt with many over the years and these guys are up there with the best. Can’t recommend them enough.

After we bought our house, we noticed that our heating and air conditioning did not reach every room. Stafford Air replaced our ducts, and the difference is night and day. Having worked with many contractors over the years, I know that communication and scheduling can be just as important as the service itself. Dusty Stafford went above and beyond with both. I highly recommend this business for your A/C system repair needs.
Central heat stopped working-they we’re here quickly, fixed the very minor problem to get us back on line and discovered another Issue that improved performance-a very dirty coil. All done and running smooth! Thanks Cody! Nice job!
I use Stafford Services for all of my rental houses. Its a family business and when you call one one of the Stafford boys answers and is at your house in less than an hour.
With a 1 year old in the house... AC down is not to be taken lightly. Dusty came and immediately found the issue. So it would seem that a raccoon (not the first time) got in our attic again and tripped on the switch next to AC unit! Before Dusty left... he checked the compressor. It was not working. Flipped the breaker and it started working again. Will definitely call Dusty again when it's time to replace AC!
We lost cooling in the middle of the night in our new house an it got HOT! Stafford Services came out same day and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Super fast and professional. These guys are a top notch family business.
AC went out and in 45 minutes they were at my house in West U. Local family…brothers, whose mom answers the phone when you call. Ask for Mary Stafford, she’s so sweet!
My AC stopped working and I called One Hour AC. I was told my 12 year old compressor was shot and ABSOLUTELY had to be replaced for $7k! I decided to get a second opinion and my neighbor recommended I call Stafford Services. I was hesitant at first because I live in West U and thought they were way out in Stafford, TX. Found out they are actually a Bellaire company and their last name is Stafford. The owner of the business, Dusty, showed up within 45 minutes of me calling and diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. That was it! Complete unit did not need to be replaced at all. He installed a new capacitor and the unit started right up. He also gave me a 5 year warranty if the new capacitor should fail! Awesome, honest company and I will never call anybody else for any AC issues besides Stafford Services!

My AC went out Sunday morning and found Stafford Services on Google. Dusty arrived within an hour and replaced our fan motor. Our house started cooling down immediately! I will be calling Stafford Services from now on for any AC issues.

Heater went out the other day around 8 PM called multiple AC/Heating companies could not get a hold of anyone, a few companies answered and told me they could not come out till tomorrow. As the night was dwindling down and temperatures were dropping I gave Stafford Services a call, phone rang once before Mary answered and let me just say she was a nothing for of an absolute blessing. She had her sons at my house in under 20 minutes of the call. The guys that came to service my heater were real cool guys, respectable, knowledgeable, and professional. Turned out my heater had a bad flame sensor, took little under an hour for them to replace it and check the heater system. Just like that BAM I had heat again. If your looking for great customer service, professionalism, timely results, and great work...Stafford Services is the go to!!!
