SA Specialities was very prompt and responsive. When our A/C unit went out they had people out the same day to diagnose the problem and the same week to install the new unit. All at a very reasonable price!
I found out pretty quickly that the “free maintenance “ twice a year at my brothers house which I rent is only a way to get into your house and sell you something..It was nice to see Jak last time when they came out..He has been my AC man for years and feel a little better since he with SA..Now he know what he doing
So far we love SA Specialties. They did a great job and have stood by their work when we had a minor leak from the A/C install. They came out no problem like 4 times to make sure it it was repaired correctly and paid for the sheetrock repair too (that company was ok not the best but ok). We have been very happy with SAS and the ladies in the office are friendly and helpful. UPDATE: Do beware when they come out for your 6 month maintenance checks they will try to sell you stuff you do not need! If you don't know about A/C or cannot go into your attic get a second opinion. They will try to pressure you into signing right then and there so that has been a big disappointment for us. I am taking off 2 stars. Otherwise all is working as it should .
Kevin was excellent! Above and beyond support. AC is working great now and line was cleared. Took extra time to show me the overflow lines. Greatly appreciated!

Well they set up a technician to look at my broken A/C unit and after 30 minutes I decided to replace both systems completely because the cost was remarkable and the replacement would completed the next day. Keith the sales guy gave me the the pros and cons of the more efficient units but I decided to stick with 14 seer as I did not think the additional cost of the higher seer would ever make a big difference in the long run. Keith was very reasonable and knowledgeable of his products.
Services rendered were on time and we were very happy with the new hvac system installed.
Great response from initial call scheduling quote on replacing our 17yr old system with Chris thru easy 18mo 0pct financing on the best overall package after working thru 5 other AC companies quotes. Looking forward to the next 10yrs, every 6 months maintenance included, with SA as the installation crews level of Professional installation all in one day was impressive to witness, very tidy-cleaned up leaving no trace, Thanks again!!
Good prices, good install, but no service after the sale & this is very important. Every time I have need service they say there is a 2 to 3 week wait & they will call you back to schedule. Guess what they never call you back. You have to find someone else for service.
A lot to say about this company. This is the third time I have had them install a system. Two previous times they were good and stood behind their word. This time totally different, they were supposed to be on site between 8and10, did not show up until 1130. I had to call and find out why they weren’t there, no one called me. Two guys showed up and I ask where the third guy was and was told he was on the way. I had to provide the ladder for the attic entry. The 3rd guy that showed up slept in his truck from 130 pm until they finished @ 530 pm. They left trash in the front yard, in the room where the entry to attic was. Left ladder up and the attic opening open with light on. They skinned up the wall in the hallway and broke a wind chime that was bought in another country . The whole crew they sent was totally unprofessional. I will not use this company again. I have pictures of all unpleasant items explained in this review. Ken
They offer the best HVAC deals and warranty in the area. Their services were always on time. I had a HVAC system replaced back in March and was having some issues. They sent their technicians to troubleshoot the system and now the system is working as expected. I will recommend SA Specialties.

SA Specialties installed my AC 5 years ago and this year during regular maintenance by another company found out the coil was leaking freon. SA came out same day and warranty on coil and labor were still covered. The 2 worker's Ramon and Josh (I believe)sent out were very friendly and informed.
They are professional and friendly. The technician who did the checkup on our 4 compressors stayed until the job was done. He cleaned and inspected them and also made sure the heaters will work when they become necessary. I'm glad I chose SA specialties to replace my outdated equipment. I recommend them.

Neil, Miss Ruby, Kevin, Osiel and their Installation Techs are the best! I got their new, 14SEER Goodman promotion for $4998. Everyone was exceptionally professional and offered detailed information about the system. Please check with them for your A/C needs.
Today was definitely a “Good Friday “ because three angels ascended to install my HVAC system. Josue Carbajal, Victor Lopez, and Raul Carbajal were so professional. They came in on time and installed my system perfectly. The difference is night and day from my old system. These guys are the best!!!!! They were very knowledgeable ,and let me also give a shout out to Mr. Kevin, he was very professional as well. Now I can be cool this summer!
In 2016 SA Specialties installed a new complete HVAC system in my house. My experience was excellent. Fast forward to 2020 and the outside coil failed. The manufacturer (Lenox) was not stepping up to back their product. Enter Jeremy of SA Specialties. He worked tirelessly for a week to get a new unit from Lenox and get it installed. Jeremy made it all happen and now the system is working again. This was all completed at no cost to me. I strongly recommend SA Specialties and Jeremy to anyone.
