Kelly with Royal Air came and saved my family from the 100 degree heat. He was so nice and very professional. He gave me a great deal and replaced my complete hvac system and got me financed when no one else could. Thank you Royal Air and especially Kelly. They even offered to install the same day. I had to get some a king information and Kelly drove me to the bank to get it. He went over and above to help me and Inreally appreciate it.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I do not recommend them to anyone! Not even your dog!! A year later and we are still dealing with them not wanting to do the right thing and fix our issues!!! A year ago we had to move completely out of the home because mold took over the entire house. Their excuse was “we don’t do trailer houses”. Obviously they only care about the money & not the customers. Can’t get them to answer the phone or emails. Absolutely ridiculous!!! AC continuously freezes up and they never replaced the insulation under our trailer house.

I had them come out to install our air unit. I sound like we are taking off like an airplane its so loud. We have asked for them to come look at it again and still no call no show to see what needs to be fixed. MY BEDROOM IS HOT Kelly is the who came out and got us ready said any help just contact him WELL.. he can help us faster and still no help. The air is nice just SO LOUD

Royal Air came out today to give us a quote on a new HVAC system. Our technician, Chad, was very professional and answered all of our questions. He also made sure all of our concerns were acknowledged. We did financing and got approved for a pretty low interest rate. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bryon came in and was very professional. Got me approved when other companies wouldn’t. I would recommend. Thank you Royal Air….. and after I received this unit I was put on the back burner because I had reasonable complaints… First Bryon ask me to call or text HIM if I had any issues because the office don’t answer the phone and I did but now it’s a problem, he blocked my calls. The issues I’ve had are valid. They changed out my 2.0 Wi-Fi thermostat to an basic model, then they changed out my brand new Hepa filter to a paper filter you can see through, my unit was unstable outside and they did come to bolt it down so that was a plus but that’s when I notice the bend Finn’s on the unit….it’s not just a few but at least 10 percent of the finn are damaged.I texted Bryon and he tells me it’s not going to affect the unit,……. This is where and why I change my review. Yes I needed an ac unit and he got me approved, but at who’s expense…. Don’t play me like I’m stupid sir, finns do affect the running of the unit. Didn’t even offer to come “fix” the issue or nothing just told me to refer to my warranty number…..THE SAME NUMBER HE TOLD ME THEY DON’T ANSWER.

Zero stars. Purchased HVAC system. Day after install not working. Tech comes to door no hello or nothing and states “what’d you do? It was fine yesterday?” 10 min after diagnosing problem they forgot to add refrigerant and drain hose. It was was nice so we didn’t run it again till summer. Less than six months we turn it in and air is not cold again, and it won’t stay on. Call and call for 4 weeks no response. Three digit temps keeping house at 82-93 degrees. Finally someone calls back and schedules tech following week. No call no show. Call and call leaving messages. After a couple days called back and told sorry we will get someone out in a couple of days. No call no show again. Call and call leaving messages. Talk to rude service person. States she can’t help me and does not know when a tech can come out. Not her department, but says she will pass on info. Next day told sorry we will send tech out in two days. No call and no show for third time. Horrible install, wires exposed, white stuff slathered all over closet, and walls, glue or something all over trim and door. They scratch the wood floor dragging the unit in.

We had our unit installed a week ago and it has ran almost full time since then. It only cools down the house when we turn our window units in at the same time. The installation in the inside was shorty, they cut the hole for the inside unit too big. They broke the trim as well. We called our representative that sold us our unit and he told us he quit. Have called the office multiple times and left messages and no call back. I would never recommend these people to anyone. It is a scam. They get their money from the finance company and then leave the customer high and dry.

Do not use this company,** you will be sorry. I purchased a new system from Royal Air February 2023 It was installed the same day.The AC would not work properly and not blowing cool air . I called multiple times (service department and sales person) and sent two emails. Not one person has called to offer assistance. I even called the finance company to offer to see if they could help. I am very disappointed in this purchase. I am not done fighting yet. I will continue to work at getting this issue resolved as it's only been 4 total months since the install and only ONE day with AC! Shame on you Royal Air.
