I asked Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning out based on recommendations from 3 folks on our community Facebook page. I wanted a routine maintenance check on my heating system (Carrier heat pump). He came out at the assigned time, called in advance, was super friendly and courteous and explained what he was doing. Front office also excellent. The fee was $84, but I signed up for a regular maintenance contract (twice a year for $80 per visit). Interestingly enough, he found a flashlight in the compressor left by the company that had previously serviced my heat pump. I had made an appointment with them earlier in the week before asking for recommendations. They neglected to show up or call. Quite different with Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning.
Luis was prompt, courteous and above all honest. We will definitely ask for him if we need service A+++
Frank with Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning was amazing. He was on time and professional while also being personable. He found that our system could not be saved and explained all of our options in great detail. He got us scheduled for next day installation and helped us with finance options. If all of the technicians are as great as him, we will continue to use them for all our future HVAC needs.
Among the four quotes I received, Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning specialist was one of the most reasonable, exceedingly helpful and easiest to book. Were it not for the new equipment they had installed, you would not know anyone had been in the house. And the quality of their work was excellent at both locations. I recommend them highly.

I turned my furnace on the other day to make sure that it was working for the winter. It made a horrible sound so I turned it off and called Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning. They sent a repair man out the next day. It's all fixed. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need.
I contacted Richardson Heating And Air Conditioning this morning at 8 am for an air conditioning problem. They came out about 2 hours later. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in very little time. They were extremely professional, well priced and incredibly quick. I highly recommend.
The customer service was excellent. They explained to us all the options we had so we could make a decision. We decided to replace our unit and they did the installation very professionally.Will highly recommend.
This company have come to my rescue on two occasions. On both occasions we've had Mike work on our system and always received his undivided attention as if there were no other clients currently needing assistance. Each time, he was honest and very professional. The service provided is always top notch and very reasonably priced. My old air conditioner needed replacement and I decided to shop around since I was not sure of the best Air conditioner that would suit my needs. So thankful for the help provided by Mike. He provided options for us and made sure everything was clear. They came out the next day and replaced the unit with a new one and carried the old one away. Very quick and excellent service.
