Quality Air did a fantastic one-day install of our new HVAC system. The technicians were knowledgeable and helpful explaining every step of the way. We especially love the dust free active, humidity control and the easy-to-read programmable thermostat. Thank you Quality Air!

The technician was John and he was fantastic. He took his time, explained everything, gave great advice. The cost was more than reasonable and less than half of what i was quoted by another company. I will only use Quality Air in the future
Best A/C in HTOWN!
Our air conditioning went out. We had called an air conditioning repair company, who had determined it was an electrical supply problem. We called Center Point utility. Their technician said the problem was on my side, meaning the problem was mine to find an electrician for and to pay for. Quality Air was recommended by my neighbor. They came out the next morning. Jason ,the technician, was professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. He replaced parts that had been burned in an arcing. There were still some problems. The owner Mike came out to offer options to get the AC back on. He then discovered a break that was in a different area. He fixed the problem and we have power throughout the property. My point is they stayed with us explaining different solutions. Altimatly offering the safest and least costly solution to our problems.
Ricky was my service technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave clear explanations about the problem and the function the failing part served. He diagnosed the cooling issue quickly. This is the second time Quality Air has serviced my system and I would recommend them highly! Thank you RICKY!
My husband made the appointment for 05/16/2022 and the time they give was 12-4pm and is 4 pm and they didn't come, i had to take the day off for this and wasting customer time. I called several time to know what time are you going to come for the service and you just don't know, only "the technician is going to be there between 12-4pm" . And then you said you tried to contact me after 4 pm to send the technician, just excuses for bad service.
Once again, Quality Air was fabulous. Ethan was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

Quality Air was a life saver. The recent power outage caused us to loose heat. After thirty hours without heat the power came back on and the surge destroyed our thermostat. Quality Air braved the extreme weather and treacherous roads in order to install a new thermostat and get our heater working again. We use them for all HVAC needs and developed a relationship with their technician John. They are a quality organization.
John responded to our after hours service call. He arrived at the time promised and assessed our AC problem and had it fixed in no time. We have been a customer since the 1990’s and will continue to be! Highly recommend Quality Air.

John, always does a great job of fixing the problem. Other employees have been good, also. We have used Quality Air for probably 20 years. They have installed units and do the regular maintenance of our air conditioning and heating. They are professional and always respectful. After the polar Vortex this past year they came quickly to take care of a heating adjustment after the electricity returned. That was much appreciated.

We have been using Quality Air for our air conditioning needs for several years and have been thoroughly pleased with them. Their technicians are personable and very knowledgeable. A few months ago we had a new system installed and even though it must have been at least 120 degrees in our attic, they got it in and we now have a cool upstairs again. This past weekend, our older unit quit working. I called their emergency number and talked to Greg. He came to our house the next morning and had the unit up and running in no time even though it was a Sunday. I highly recommend them and everyone of their employees.

1 Hour Heating and AC tried to charge me $1,250 for a new circuit board. I had John from Quality Air out to check it out. He was able to identify the problem, which ended up actually not being the circuit board and get our AC up and running for a tiny fraction of the price. Will definitely use Quality Air again when we eventually replace the whole system.
