My coil went out on a unit and these guys were very responsive and very communicative. I appreciated receiving all the texts from the business HQ and from the technician letting me know what was happening. Matt was an excellent technician. Very professional and respectful and knowledgeable. Will use them again.

Jacob (believe he runs the company) is a true professional and all round nice guy too. He came within 2 hours of me calling sos on my AC. After thorough checks, he found compressor needed replaced (warranty repair), and he got it taken care of the next day. It’s tough to keep up 5* reviews and I can see why this company does.
Jacob was awesome, he ran into more than one issue but was able to get them taken care of very quickly, he understood our situation with my wife being ill and worked as hard and fast as he could to get us running.

I recently had one of my a/c units go out and called Jacob with Priority. 2 of his techs (Matt & Sean) showed up the next day on time, and were extremely helpful. They diagnosed my system quickly and were very understanding of my financial situation. 2 days later my new system was installed. During installation, Jacob actually noticed that my ducts were incorrectly installed and went ahead fixed it for me free of charge. Also, they’re very good about you updated with eta’s. Just top notch service all around, from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone for their HVAC needs.

My condensing unit and evaporator unit were both replaced. The job was completed as promised they were on time and when they encountered issues they rectified it. I recommend Priority AC/Heating highly and I’m happy with the work performed. Very professional, what more can you ask?

All of the reviews are correct. Jacob is very nice and informative. He knows what he is doing. He took his time and really diagnosed our problem. Look forward to seeing him on Monday to correct our A/C issue. Our family will be using him in the future.

I called Jacob at Priority AC at 12pm on a Saturday and had a service tech on site within hours. I was in a jam with an air conditioner malfunctioning and my customer was set to move in that day. The tech was professional, courteous, and fast; repairing the AC and installing a new thermostat to ensure it stayed working for the new owner. He also left the area clean and tidy when he finished. Everything is up and running and he left instructions for programming the thermostat in case the new owner wants to program a schedule. If you ever need AC/heating service or maintenance, Priority AC should be your first call.
