My A/C had stopped working during the unfortunate week of constant high heat temperatures of ~110F. The GM/tech, Andy, was awesome and very patient and explained everything when troubleshooting and ensured I was back up and running efficiently in a timely manner and checked all my vents to make sure it was good to go! Appreciate the service and def recommend using!!
This company really rocks! Our AC went out during the hottest days this year due to old age and our previous AC company would not come out until 5 days later. I called them and they sent out Travis the same day. Travis was super helpful and fixed the old unit temporarily until the new unit came 4 days later. The install crew was top notch and had our old unit out and the new one installed in just 4 hours. Travis even offered us a portable unit to carry us over in case it is getting too warm in between. Travis is super knowledgeable, very nice and professional. Thank you Pickett Home Services/ Malek Service Company and Travis for saving us! 🙏🙂
Andy at Pickett was very helpful from the start to the end when needing a replacement Hvac system. Andy very patiently answered all of my questions and also helped me find the best system for my needs. My order was put in and within 3 days the installation crew was at my door at 8 am as promised. Daniel and another employee came in and started removing the old unit from the attic and then the out door unit. This crew had everything removed and installed in less than four hours. Thanks so much Andy and also a big thanks for your team! I will always recommend Andy and his crew at Pickett / Malek Service Company. My new 3.5 ton Carrier heat pump system made the difference in my home and keeps it comfortable with this high heat in Houston in 2023.

Very attentive to my schedule and getting a tech out when I was available. Tech found the issue at hand an then gave me multiple options and explained them very well. Knowledgeable and friendly staff from start to finish. Glad I called them.
Had a new HVAC system installed this past weekend by Pickett Home Services. Customer Service & Communication was amazing through the entire process! Very attentive & throughly explained the entire process & cost to us. Insanely quick turn around time, from the time our system went out to getting the new system all in less than a week. The installation was fast as well. The techs were professional and kind. 10/10 would recommend anyone to them!

We used Pickett Plumbing/Malek Electrical to install a whole house generator. The salesman was great and helped us with some issues we had with the office staff when scheduling. The installation teams were professional and keep us apprised throughout the day.
I highly recommend Pickett Home Services. Noticed water dripping from our ceiling friday night (during Game 6 of Astros playoffs!!) I reached out to Andy and had a technician - JAKE- at our house within 2 hours. Jake identified the problem, addressed several options with us and made the repair in a timely manner. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the repair. I also recommend joining the VIP program!
