We are very pleased with Optimal Solutions overall service call. Jacob Settle, the technician, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell us for his service. He is definitely a credit to the company. This is the second time we had our air conditioning system serviced by them. I would highly recommend this company, without hesitation, to anyone who needs his HVAC system inspected and serviced.
I called Friday night after hours; talked with a knowledgeable person and had a technician show up the next morning on time. He solved the problem with no surprises!!

Diagnosticians/evaluators (including Manager, Eric) sent to our home were punctual, very professional in attitude, hard-working, and, most importantly, honest. A summary of the problem with our air conditioning system was provided, along with estimate for replacement of equipment. Installation team conveniently provided service on the weekend and performed extremely well. My family and I are very satisfied with our experience with this HVAC contractor. Technician diagnosed the problem quickly. Updated me on the issue and simple fix. Fixed the problem cleaned up after himself once completed.
Optimal Air installed a variable AC system for my home’s remodel project. The staff was wonderful and set up our appointment promptly after we approved the estimate. The install was quick, professional and they guys were very clean. Highly recommend optimal air.
Optimal Air came out last week on Friday to check out our AC. Our AC was working, just wasn't blowing cold air. Our AC unit is about 5 years old and I thought it was about time to get a new unit but the tech inspected our system, made a few tweaks and it does seem to be working better than before. Definitely saved me a bit a money for now. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of AC repair or even a new system. The tech Eric was professional and very helpful with any questions.

I have called optimal air solutions many times. They don’t try to sell you on repairs you don’t need. They are dependable and friendly. Ezekiel Santibanez was very helpful and thorough in explaining everything.
Optimal Air installed a new Trane zoned system a couple years back. It’s still running great. The entire staff both in the office and field are great. Wonderful honest company. Highly recommend.

Technician never showed up to check my ac. ETA was 5- 7 pm currently 7:38 and still not here. I went ahead and cancelled. Very poor communication and not responsive would not recommend. Update: I was not given a call instead I was texted a vague text messge that did not give a new estimated arrival time. I am sure the technician is efficient at what he does but there was a lack of communication and that is what disappointed me from this company. Once he is on his way you will receive a text notification letting you know. The current ETA is roughly 7pm. Please let me know if this time will still work for you." "Hi!
