Very good customer service, and technician (Craig Bolden) was on time and very helpful. I had received previous quotes to repair a mini split, where other companies were quoting several thousand dollars for repair and even more to replace the system. One hour AC & Heating inspected the system and found a lose cap on the refrigerant line, recharged the system, and got it working again for a reasonable price. If it hadn’t been for One AC & Heating, I would have spent thousands on a replacement system that didn’t need replaced!

Jacorey was awesome and explained everything he was doing for me. He then checked everything else just to make sure everything else was ok. I don’t typically leave reviews but I really liked him. I hope to never have to call One Hour again but if I have to, I’ll ask for a Jacorey.
They take their time and explain everything. Joshua is super professional and doesn't skip any details. Joel did the install of a new system and I couldn't be more pleased.
Alfredo was a great technician and was very knowledgeable. He worked fast and our AC has been running better than ever. I will only use this service moving forward for all AC repairs.
They repaired my A/C on the 4th of July. That alone says it all! Ethan Henry was our technician and he was GREAT! He was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Also, he explained everything to me perfectly. I would definitely recommend you ask for Ethan if you ever contact One Hour A/C and Heating. You will not be disappointed.
I had my A/c go out during the hottest time of the year. Jonas from One hour air-conditioning sent their technician who diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Great service at a decent price.
So far, Tim is the most knowledgeable AC technician I have ever met. He answered all of my questions and clarified my confusions. This gave me confidence in the company he represents. One hour air conditioning is now certainly on my list for my future projects.
Gilbert Gonzalez provided a great service and was knowledgeable and very professional. It's nice to deal with a person who's smiling from the moment he arrived until he finished the maintenance job.
Had a great experience. Another company came out and quoted an outrageous price for repair, with no information about the problem. Called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, and, the tech Thomas Klein, kept me in the loop every step of the way, including my options and clear upfront pricing. I will definitely recommend for all your HVAC needs
Jacorey was the best technician I've had. He realized an issue I had that no one else figured out. Was very polite, professional and kind.
Ace was kind and professional! He came in and got the job done within an hour. He went over everything that was wrong with my unit, broke down the cost with me and told me what to expect and do if anything went wrong moving forward. The company also kept me in the loop of where the driver was and when I can expect him to come. Very professional come and will use again.
Mr. Anthony Cortez responded to our service needs. Mr. Cortez has done a superb job. He is very thorough and explained everything so that we could understand it. He patiently answered all of our questions. We definitely recommend him and prefer for him to handle all of our service needs and concerns. 😀😀
Chris has great customer service skills. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was thorough and works efficiently. He had an answer for all my questions. He took his time and didn’t rush to the next job. He stayed until the job was done. He also scheduled maintenance for the same day. He kept his work space clean. I would like to commend Michael Sweet on the outstanding job he did serving my A/C. Michael was very professional and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable of what he was doing and did a fantastic job of explaining the issue. I was very impressed with Michael’s determination with getting my issue resolved. I feel with Michael’s determination he went above and beyond his duties to get the issue fixed. Michael is by far one of the best A/C technician I’ve ever dealt with. Excellent job Michael!!
The representative/ tech who came out was on time and very professional. He went above and beyond his what most would have done to see that the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend One Hour AC, and if you are lucky to get Eric, you will be very happy with his work. DA

Alfredo, the A/C Technician was quite professional and very knowledgeable (seemingly) about what we needed. However; we have been scammed by 2 A/C people in the past few years, one as early as May 30, 2023. Sooo, we were very hesitant, at first. Alfredo fully explained what the PROBLEMS are and repaired what he could and made an appointment for us to complete the rest that he had discovered. We trust him with his part of this journey, as he actually pointed out the errors of our former , registered A/C person, Carlos C.'s ways. He ought to be ashamed of himself for putting in the wrong size equipment, which caused a bigger problem and then bent the furnace with air/heat escaping; all taped up...unbeknownst to us. God has kept us from having a fire in our home! Thank you Alfredo and One Hour Heating & Air...so far, so good. I just keep on praying. Carlos C. is a registered A/C man with $$$$ for eyeballs!...scamming seniors. I am glad to have researched One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Seems to be a good fit!
Iván did a great job quickly assessing and fixing our issue with our air conditioning. The company acted much more quickly than anyone else which I greatly appreciate!
