Very honest and trustworthy. He showed us everything that needed to be done, but there wasn’t any pressure to solve it right now. No up selling. Most importantly, he fixed our problem. Very happy with the professionalism. Highly recommended. He will be who we have work on our a/c needs. Great job.

I called John Bell about a leaking rooftop unit last week. He sent out Jonathan Molina last Monday. Jonathan arrived on-time, was EXTREMELY professional, courteous and accommodating. We went on the roof to locate the one leaking unit out of 31units. Within 20 minutes he identified the problem and less than an hour later had the unit back up and running. He didn't try selling me anything we didn't need and wasn't annoyed by all my stupid questions while he worked. I was also quite surprised with the reasonable cost of the repair. Here's my testimonial..... "I'll continue to use Northwind at our both of our Houston locations and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing quick, quality HVAC services. If I could have them service our 9 other locations in 4 states, I would". Ask for John Bell and request Jonathan Molina. They're a great team!
The process was so smooth and the Northwind team is excellent. Brigette is very attentive and explained the process so well. The installers were super thorough and worked so hard in the extreme heat. They never complained, were spotlessly clean, and checked in with us all day long. Great job Arthur and Dashon and team! We are so grateful to be back in our house and COOL! We are singing the praises for Northwind right now!

Northwind is simply the best! They came out, inspected and fixed the A/C within hours of calling them the same day! We were back up and running quickly and it was all under warranty. The job was finished prior to their anticipated arrival time which is rare and greatly appreciated!!! 👍
Dashaun did a great job but I'm not good with the flat rate price of add-on repairs. $125 to replace a crimp fitting, really. Lots of low income and old folks that can't do it themselves would be really hurt. Thanks
Northwind installed a new HVAC in my home. I was really impressed with the company. The technician that evaluated my old system was very professional and thorough. He earned my trust. Northwind did not try to upsell something I did not want or need. The installers were great. Very pleased with the installation and the new unit. They even used a level to insure that the new thermostat was level. The company has earned my trust. A week after the installation, a technician came by to do a quality assurance check. Good to know they believe in quality, service, and integrity.
Raphael came out to do cooling maintenance check. Very pleased with his professionalism. I had a couple of issues to trouble shoot and he addressed all my concerns. Very pleased customer! Highly recommend Raphael and Northwind AC. Thanks

This is the first time we’ve used Northwind. Jonathon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My husband said that he learned more from Jonathan than any other AC guy before him. He took time to explain everything to us.
