The people in this store don't not wanna help you at all. Very rude. I bought the extended warranty on a 8 gallon compressor 6 months ago and I rolled it up in the store expecting them to repair it but was told to go thru corporate. I need this compressor everyday to make a living. If you don't need your compressor soon and can wait to be repaired then this is the store for you. They wouldn't even help me load it back up. I've had 4 back surgeries and really could used help. Anyway my experience here was absolutely horrible.
Kind of expensive and not enough Concrete tools needed

Great Selection and EXCELLENT Customer Service! Also, as a Veteran, I was Happy to see that they Employ Veteran Members of the U.S. Armed Services in Addition to the Love shown and Courtesies Extended! I Would/Will Highly Recommend them as well as Utilize them for ANY/ALL Tool, Automotive and Repair Needs that they can Accommodate! Kudos Northern TaE!!! On most Recent Visit (today), 23 Jan 2023, I once again experienced the kindness, helpfulness and generosity of the Northern Tool Team! Mr. Leo was most helpful in facilitating Return, taking the time to both assist myself and utilize the transaction as training for another Associate! He was Patient, yet the encounter was both Efficient and Expedient! Kudos!

This is my new favorite store in Houston. Great and friendly service. They helped me pick out the right set of tools for my project.
Went to get a few things that another location ran out of. Had a receipt from another Northern tools and the old lady cashier refused to price match their own store. The whole time she was rude about it too.
I just left this location very disappointed, I spoke with a gentleman named Jacob earlier today, I informed him that I was traveling an hour and half away and he told me over the phone that he would be there until 7:30, which I thought was very kind of him, being that I was about to spend quite a bit of money at this location is part of the reason I thought the offer was extended to me. I pull into the store parking lot at 7:02, the doors are locked and I notice the store closes at 7. A young man walks to the door, it’s Jacob, wow what luck I explained how we had spoke earlier and he said he would be there for me to make my purchase until 7:30. He explained that the store was closed. What? Jacob is the one who told me to come up there. Instead of admitting he made a mistake, which is understandable, he mocked me at the door and poorly represented this company. You should highly reconsider keeping him as an employee.
The store clean and organize. Some staff walking around but no dedicate to help customers. And after you reach them to request guidance and help with a product the answer was very neutral, no rude but with not desire to answer or help... Not feel to go back to that location again or next time I have to go to that one I will be waiting for a Mr. elder that he looks motivated to help and clarify any costumer's question as I saw him doing it. Beside that good variety of tools and equipment.
Went in there to buy a generator, spoke with a gentleman named Don. Beyond good customer service! Knowledgeable and helped us make the proper choice. Walked it to the counter, and then out to the trailer.
The guy who works there climbed to the top of a rack then went through a stack of boxes to find what I needed. You have a keeper there NT.
Great prices on pretty much everything. Employees are easy to find and always helpful.
I just left this location very disappointed. I received really bad service from an employee name Jacob . He was being very sarcastic and rude. I walked back in and asked to get helped by someone else and the manager came but he was just as rude and frustrated.
Overall happy with my visit at Northern Tool 77090. Jacob and Brissia help me with my Generator purchase. They were professional and respectful. Will continue to shop here! Visited again on 9-29-21 Brissia is the best! Always very helpful and knowledgeable! Keep it up!
As a new homeowner I didn’t fully understand how to use my trimmer. Even after the reading the manual. I walked into the service department and within seconds I was given a one on one tutorial and since then I haven’t looked back!!!
Ms. Brissia helped me today and did an awesome job. Got me set up with my resale certificate and a northern Mastercard. Overall great job by this team.
