I have used a lot of plumbing services in my day but have never had one this great! I’m not big on leaving reviews but they deserve it. I called them and they had a tech there within less than an hour. It was Valton and he was AWESOME! Thorough, friendly, professional, informative and quick. I was dually impressed and I will never use a different plumbing again. Nick’s forever!

Roberto, the technician, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and explained in detail the cause of my problem. He accessthe situation and made the repair in a timely manner. He also provided before and after photos when the work was completed. The fee for services was within my budget. I will be using Nick's Plumbing for future projects and will be referring to my friends and other's.

Nick’s ripped me off with their egregious and frankly, unethical, overcharging for basic components. I can’t consider them a reputable business after my experience. My AC system needed a replacement capacitor, which is a common failure and easily fixed. These components can be sourced for $20-50 online and installed by anyone with very basic DIY skills in 20 minutes. Nick’s charges nearly $600 for this single component. But it doesn’t end there. When replacing this single component, they also require you to purchase an additional, unnecessary second one (hard start kit) for the same exorbitant markup. Sometimes this component is needed but frequently it is not. An ethical business would make this evaluation and then add the component only if needed - not the case with Nick’s. They knowingly lied by stating that they must be installed together and that both are required. Then they charge an additional $600. It’s clear that this is their standard business practice and not a single unscrupulous technician. I understand that they are a business and need to charge for parts and service to make money, but there’s a difference between a service fee and a 1000% (one thousand percent) markup. Nick’s markup is appalling and they can’t be trusted or recommended for anything. At the end of the day, it is on the consumer to be aware of what they’re agreeing to pay but there’s also responsibility on a service provider to be acting in good faith. Nick’s has completely failed here. For further information on how cheap and easily these components can be replaced, do a search for ‘AC capacitor replacement’ on google and youtube.

Nicks has been amazing every time we have needed them. They have saved us from 2 plumbing emergencies and most recently an air conditioner failure. With a baby at home and temps near 100, they sent a technician to my home within 30 minutes of my call at 4:50 pm on a Friday. Truly you can not get better service. It’s nice to have a local business you can rely on.

I called Nick's Plumbing Co. to evaluate and hopefully repair a water heater. Nick's charges $49 for the service call. I was told that the gas valve needed to be replaced. They tried to charge me $629 to replace it. What a freaking rip-off! Home Depot sold the exact same gas valve for $140. Then a friend of mine installed it for $50 cash. Then I was informed that if the entire water heater needed to be replaced, they was going to charge me a freaking ridiculous fee of $2900. Home Depot sells brand new water heaters starting at $585. And you can find better prices if you do research. NICK'S ARE CROOKS!!! So, the moral of this story is, for any type of home repairs, I highly recommend doing your homework and compare prices, and NEVER CALL NICK's!!!

Repair on a hose bib that was believed to require a hole created from the interior - tech was able to replace the bib solely from the exterior and in record time. Very good work.

I called for an AC tech due to a leak. Tech showed on time, was professional and courteous. He diagnosed it as condensation on the plenum. Told me that the only solution was to replace the plenum and all the ductwork.......for $8k. After researching I now know there are other solutions that are more cost effective. So I am not entirely pleased. Now I have to call other AC companies for assessment and bids. There is usually more than one solution.

Nick's plumbing has been very professional and knowledgeable each time I contact them about any issue. They have taken care of both plumbing and a/c for me. The technician went above and beyond for my most recent plumbing call and I fully trust the work that was done to clear my tub drain. I appreciate the honesty and patience from our technician, and I am so glad we called here first.

Nick’s men got to our house in 30 minutes when we called with a water leak from the water heater. They replaced our old faulty heater within another hour. So polite and professional and knowledgeable. Nick’s is now our “go to” plumbing service.

Don was fantastic! So knowledgeable and kept me updated on everything. They were so much more affordable than my first quote from another company and completed the water heater replacement well before the other company said they were able. 100% satisfaction.

Roberto Santos did an excellent job of taking care of the needs of my geothermal unit that has not received the attention it needed from the previous homeowner. He was very friendly, extremely professional, and walked me through everything. Once again, Nick’s provided exceptional service to my home and because of it, joined the VIP club as I will be a continual customer.

experience identified a rather simple problem to fix compared to three other firms that wanted to bore under the house and replace $20,000 worth of pipe. A total of $2000 was a great solution.

My Gas company verified that there was a gas leak in my mother-in-law kitchen. Because there was no accessible shut-off valve they had to shut off gas in the entire house(for safety). Nick was very responsive, they came same day and wrote up a quote. The next day they made the repair. They fielded all my questions and they patiently explained all they were going to do. At end of repair they once again afforded me the opportunity to ask any remaining questions. Will definitely use them again snd recommend them to friends and family.

Tech was there less than 30 mins to run a snake into laundry room sink to clear blockage. He charged me $349. Too expensive. Will not use them again

Moses was awful at his job. Extremely poor communication he did my estimate and left out so much of what the job would look like in the end. Not once could he properly tell me what he was going to do. He would say he was going to do things one day and the next day say it was standard for him to not do it. If you go with Nick's hope you don't get Moses as your technician. Update: The rest of Nick's people were great to work with and after the job was done and telling them how I was treated and what the house looked like they worked with me to make things right for me.
