Sam and his team at New Balance have always been great. Sam even came out himself on a Sunday, to fix her heater after I cause a fuse to blow.

Ive been using them for more than 25 years.They are the most awesome people in the business. Fair, honest, awesome service, awesome techs, fantastic owner, Sam and David the scheduling guru. Won't tell you my techs name because he is so awesome that you will want him to take care of your system but they are all great!

I’ve never left a negative review anywhere but it’s hard to defend their awful job and the expense in correcting the upstairs/ downstairs zoning job. They deserve this review.
Had New Balance A/C inspect and repair an upstairs house system in Aug/Sep 2021. Ownership is involved in fielding calls, they've hired some passionate pros who work well together, answer questions, and don't leave until the job is done. My experience was great, and I found their technicians to be professionals from initial inspection, through repair, and ongoing maintenance. My experiences with other HVAC operations tells me this is the one for us going forward, and we have had no issues in the last 4 months, with allergy symptoms alleviated.
We have been using New Balance for our AC maintenance since moving into our house 2 years ago. They are always very prompt and thorough. We recently had to replace one of our AC units and they walked us through all of our options and were able to schedule the install the next week. Very professional and I recommend them highly.
Fabulous and highly ethical company. Their annual service contract gives peace of mind for twice-a-year thorough checkups on cooling and heating systems. Sam has assembled a dedicated and professional group of employees.
Came out when asked, diagnosed and fixed the issue at the same time. Very reasonable costs. Both Sam (owner) and David (office manager) very friendly to work with. The yearly maintenance plan is awesome.
I have been a customer of New Balance AC for over 15 years and have always had good service. I had Jim out today 5-20-21 to do maintenance on our 2 systems and he was courteous, thorough, clean, conscientious and professional. Great job by Sam and his team.

Let me begin by saying that we have used New Balance A/C for several years. I can assure you that Sam Kelly is a good man. However, in saying that I also need to say that we as people make mistakes. Every last one of us. I would also like to say that if you ever check the reviews on a company and you don’t come across any negative reviews something is wrong! I say this because of my opening statement. We ALL make mistakes. Sam has always been extremely fair and helpful in every one of our heating and A/C repairs. Has everything always been “perfect”? No... Why? Because your employees aren’t as concerned about your business as much as you are. The only recommendation that I would have would be to incorporate a quality assurance individual to inspect every job after completion to insure that everything has been done properly and is up to code. Other than that, this much I can assure you. If something isn’t right all you have to do is let Sam Kelly know and he will see that it’s done right. I’ve always been told that making a mistake in life isn’t what determines if you’re a success or a failure. What determines whether you’re a success or a failure is what you do in the midst of your mistake. Sam has ALWAYS made things right. Therefore, in my opinion he’s a success! Have used New Balance for almost 20 years. Family run business that is all about the customer. Impressed with their thoroughness, diligence and responsiveness. Very respectful of my property and contents. Jim is an amazing technician. Best I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

This AC company does exceptional work.
I had an issue with my furnace only working intermittently. Sam and his crew really went above and beyond. They addressed all of my concerns and offered suggestions to add insulation in my attic to help improve energy efficiency of my home. I was very impressed with the quality workmanship and overall professionalism. It's not very often you find an honest company like this one. Will be using them from now on for all my HVAC needs!
I am giving New Balance a 1 star rating because I can’t give anything lower. We have had too many incidents in the last few years that have made us decide to change AC service companies. Today was the last of many and we will not use them again. Our biggest complaint is the attitude of one of their schedulers. We have had appointments that were missed, where technicians showed up late or not at all, New Balance cancelled for some reason unknown to us and several discussions about that topic. Today was just one of many where the discussion turned into an argument. This particular dispatcher/scheduler is EXTREMELY rude, has said things that were totally untrue, has a very poor customer service interaction. We have been long time customers. We purchased our equipment from them, when their service team has shown up for appointments they have been very courteous and have done their jobs well. Unfortunately we have had the misfortune of having to deal with this one EXTREMELY rude employee time and time again and will be taking our business elsewhere. Sam, the owner, has always been very efficient and polite. It’s unfortunate that after all these years of doing business (and spending lots of money) we have to part ways because of the actions of the one person we have to deal with every time.
Sam and the crew stand by their work and will correct any issues if encountered. Dedication to getting the job done right and returning if necessary is why I'll continue to use them.
