Had to replace 15 year old 2.5 ton .Got estimates from $5000 to $15000. Mutiservice was not lowest but there customer satisfaction ratings & BBB ratings was why I chose them. They came the next day after I called them & finished job in 4 hours. Everything works. Great they cleaned up. I Would Highly Recommend them for anyone considering AC work. Would not take a down payment told me to pay when job was done & I was satisfied.

The company is very professional. They work very hard and are very responsive to customers needs. My husband called and they came the same day and worked on our a/c. They fixed it right away. They do great work.

The technicians came today and were very prompt and professional. The two people communicated the issue which started with some loose wires. We were VERY GRATEFUL to go from 91 degrees to 85!
Muy Contenta con el trabajo que me hicieron, hace una semana. Me instalaron dos unidades en mi casa. Había llamado a otras compañías, y me estaban cobrando casi el doble. Afortunadamente los encontré en Google y vi, que tenían 5 estrellas y me puse a revisar los reviews y si, que tenían razón. Los precios excelentes, el servicio muy bueno, el personal que hizo el trabajo, muy profesionales y limpios,muy respetuosos y no me dejaron mugrero en mi casa. Las otras compañías me prometieron que me daban gratis, termostato, purificador de aire, filtros UV light, todo eso es mentira! Me lo estaban cobrando en el precio. Está compañía de Multi Service A/C & Heating, son bien honestos, ellos me dijeron desde un comienzo, que ellos no regalaban nada, que eso era aparte, y como quiera me lo pusieron y me salió más barato, de lo que las otras compañías me estaban ofreciendo. Los recomiendo 💯%. Son Excelentes!
